Do not send your child here unless you want their hard work to be rewarded by a graduation in a dusty gym with only 6 invites per student. This is beyond ridiculous! $200+ for Senior fees and the whole family cannot participate in this milestones for them. If it was not to late in the school year my child would be transferred from this disgrace of a school!

My daughter first year at Tara high school was awful She didn’t feel welcome nor wanted there. The teachers where unprofessional and unorganized as well as the staff mostly of all the principal Mrs.Trish which I came there and asked a simple question and her response was a lie.The school is worn down and has holes in walls, the stair case is chipping up, the teachers don’t care about the kids education, there are many wrong things going on in this school.My daughter comes home to me saying she received an F in one of her health classes and they just sit there all day and wait for the teacher

Tara is Truly a great school that has caring teachers and safe environment. There things that may happen there, but it's just like any other school. If we can pick the kids that attend the school then of course it would be better, and thank God we don't. Because everyone needs a chance to shine. And it starts at home not school. I say to all the staff at Tara, keep up the good work.
