First off, Kevin was super knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and resolve my issues the same day. Very happy with the work that was done and can easily say Kevin saved me thousands of dollars. I had a great experience with Cobalt Exteriors from the moment I spoke with Lisa. I was concerned about the siding of my house as the weather is getting wetter by the day. She was my first point of contact and she was very knowledgeable and helpful, and made me feel like I had made a great choice. She told me that Kevin, her husband would be coming out to address my concerns and that they are a family business(son also works with them), and that they would give me the best possible advise without any sales agenda. Cobalt replaced some of the cedar exterior siding on our home in Kirkland. I hired them because their bid was competitive and clear. Kevin did a thorough job of reviewing the house and submitted a clear proposal.

This crew, lead by Kevin has gone above and beyond the call of duty in every aspect. Let me assist with a breakdown of how my experience went:
The reach out was professional and scheduled for a first meeting. We discussed options for new siding and we gave a handshake to seal our working relationship. Within that week and work started in winter conditions (rain, cold, dark).
During demo we ran into our first snag, no layer of plywood under the existed under the current older cedar. Kevin laid out options, and we agreed to add this to the work list and materials showed up within sort order. This
