A dedicated artist and small business owner, she brings expertise, passion and humor to all her custom work. My daughter Claire also does embroidery and is a repair technician on Tajima embroidery machines.

Barbara's Embroidery has been in business on Potrero Hill since 1999, and previously was located in San Francisco's Cannery as the clothing and t-shirt line "San Franciscow". First and foremost, Barbara is a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mom to three and kinda-mom to several beloved friends-of-kids, niece, cousin, and is a loyal friend.
Orders that require programming are usually being booked to start within 1-3 weeks from when I receive your items and artwork. When I can, I fit names or monograms in when they are needed, and that may be in a day or several days or longer. It is not helpful to bring in partial projects, and it will not secure a place in line; your project is placed in the queue only when I have all parts of the order.
