We are located in Marin County, California, just a few miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge. Owner operated, we pride ourselves in giving you fast and friendly service. We are proud to be a small business where we handle every order personally. Design digitizing, production and finishing are all carried out by us in house, so we can effectively control the quality of your work.

I generally steer clear of Yelp reviews but felt I must share my experience with any potential customers. To be fair, Jill was very pleasant/nice to work with and was able to turn around a project in under a week. The problem was the project was done incorrectly. The unfortunate part of this was communication/organization from her was less than ideal. That lack of organization ended up with $1400 of my attire being improperly embroidered and more than one "sample" being ruined. I requested an embroidery on left sleeves of shirts which ended up being on the front of the shirt (above

I feel strongly that when you are rude to your potential costumers people should know. So here it is again.
I was recommended to this store to have some embroidery done. Unfortunately when I called got the answering machine, disappointed I didn't get anyone so I kept my search for an embroider.
I received a call back from a very rude person.
My response: I had asked if this was Marin Stitchworks when I finally figured out who was on the other end. Asked if they were located on Chestnut.
