Called this company as their business stickers were on equipment, a real human being answered the call, took all of the vital information and told me I would get a call from a tech within 20 min. 15 min. later I was called by Chris, he was already on his way to my home.
I panicked as I was going out the door to a scheduled appointment; I answered a few questions and he assured me he would take care of the issue. He called me after making the repair and informed me he was leaving the property. He explained the problem, the repair and the "test" of the system afterwards to insure there

These guys are the real deal. They pick up there phone, they come out the next day (or same day if needed) they have 3 trucks and a small crew. Price is reasonable for the pulling and replacement of a pump not only that, they show you what there doing and you know it's being done correctly.
100% Recommended, delete any "well pump" guys numbers you had, replace it with there number and you'll be happy you did!

Called of the service this morning because it was recommended by another company. The company I normally use is out of town. I mentioned my well pump was not working and I believe it was the foot valve down in the ground. Water kept going down the pipe and not filling up while being primed.
It takes two guys to replace a foot valve because they need to pull the entire pipe up out of the ground. They sent one service tech out to tell me what I already know. They charged me $130 service charge for nothing.

The well pipe for the irrigation system was leaking, called their number to check the service date Monday morning. Cause we had horses coming on Friday, we needed it fixed before Friday. The lady from this company told me on the phone she didn't know when their service people could be available. Even I asked her for an estimated time, she refused to provide me the date, instead coldly said "I don't know, but would call you before to set up the date.".
