The most trustworthy and reasonably priced shop around! They’ve worked on my BMW 438i for brakes, valve cover gasket and my oil changes. Been coming to them for almost a year now and I’m so glad I found them! They are fast, knowledgeable and like I said trustworthy. If they don’t see a problem they will tell you.

Great service! Took care of my AC problem with no BS, no upsell, no scare tactics pushing toward anything unnecessary. The cost to fix an AC leak in my XC60 and get an oil change was less than half of getting Volvo to even look at the AC. Before the service they said what they thought was wrong based on what I told them and said it likely wasn’t a big deal. They were spot on, showed me the failed parts (common and cheap Shrader valve) and my AC is back to being able to freeze you out. This shop makes me feel good about buying an older European vehicle.

Seriously, I can not recommend this place enough. Labor hour is 130, but they only charged me 70 because they found the electrical problem quick. They were fast. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was done after lunch. No shady stuff at this place. I will be taking my cars here for as long as they are around! Do not listen to the negative reviews. Also, Mark is an awesome guy!

Euro car care iz the only repair shop i have ever dealt with ( and i'm 55 yrs. ) that gets my car out when they say they will . four or five time they have and thats huge , i appreciate this the most . . .however
they must have top notch mechanics cause my car has been done right the first time every time . i highly recommend them for foreign car repairs ..... and joe up front is the best .... nothing not to like..except yea its not cheap peAc3 , davis

My son's Passat needed an oil change and a blinker bulb replaced. I also suspected he had an oil leak. Called Euro Car Care, spoke with Joe who told me if we got the car dropped off by noon, he could have it worked on that day. Great! My son and I drop the car off, pick it up a few hours later, and sure enough there had been a leak. I was prepared for a much bigger bill. The volkswagen is not going to anyone else EVER again. These guys are great. Very helpful and an incredibly fair pricing. I'd give more stars if I could.

I don't trust quick lube places on my finicky BMW M5 but I was on a road trip and NEEDED to get it done... I searched the map and found these guys and all I can say is WOW. They know their BMW stuff and even had everything required in stock... they even have the most comfortable couch in the waiting room!

I was really impressed with my service. From the beginning Joe was very friendly and explained their entire process and what it would take to diagnose and repair my AC issue. He let me know ahead of time what to expect before I even brought my car in and that I appreciated greatly.
Update: I took my car to the dealership to get the AC Module programmed per Euro Car Care requests. The dealership said it needed to be replaced. So I had it replaced and then they tried to quote me another $3000 plus dollars saying I needed my compressor and other AC components replaced. I took my car back to Euro

I hate going to get my car worked on! I'd always choose me over anyone to do the work. But sometimes.......that just isn't gonna work. You need to bring it in. I've used Euro Car quite a few times since first buying my 2002 Audi TT back in 2012 and I have never been disappointed with either their work quality or their customer service (Joe). They are just totally on top of it. The kind of place I run is a small business with less then 50 people so I'm Always looking for small businesses to get things done. Euro Car is a "GEM". I've been going here for 14 yrs...All of these people are honest and fair business people. Mark... I ALWAYS use him on the really complicated MB issues, he is well versed in the weirdness of Mercedes Benz! I use other shops for the easy stuff because the are closer to my work..but the heady stuff I go to Mark. Another thing is Mark and the General Manager Joe might be the two of the most kind gentlemen in the car game. Over the years they have saved me many, many, thousands of dollars over the Stealership (Dealership) or shade tree mechanics! Plus they are fun! Thanks Guys and Lela too!!!

I flew into SAT to check out a few cars and took my Audi Q7 for a repurchase inspection. I showed up at lunch time and the owner took on the inspection and was complete ahead of time. He was amazingly thorough and even helped me evaluate pricing. Thanks to the inspection, I bought the car at a great price. I just wish I could continue servicing the car here.

Euro Car Care is not serving your pockets any favor. Knowledge of classic euros is questionable. Parts retail are overinflated by at least two times. Simply not worth investment over value ratio of older euros, much better working with a private mechanic. Oh, and after picking up my car, it had a massive bolt in tire. Someone's not cleaning up after themselves.

We have an older model BMW 700 series that is prone to radiator problems. Well, last week it became a big problem! Apparently a plug in the radiator that stops it from leaking... broke off. So, the car over heated. When I contacted Joe at Euro Car Care he couldn't have been more pleasant & helpful. He gave me valuable information regarding getting our car towed to them, made sure I was well informed regarding their hours, policies & immediately e-mailed me a release form for my electronic signature.

Had the Bimmer break down on me on the side of the road. Lame. Smoke was pouring out of the engine cavity, and I knew I was screwed. I know that these guys know what they're doing with my car, since they specialize in BMWs and other Euro cars.
I was advised that I needed a water pump, a thermostat, and some radiator connections for the top and bottom. They threw in a new air filter while they were in there.
They kept in rather good contact with me regarding the updates of the car. They told me about the decisions that had to be made, and the guy I worked with had a good way of explaining

Took my car today for the first time. Was greeted by Alex who was extremely nice and professional and took care of me quickly. After finding me an appointment the same day he got my car inspected and an assessment. Prices were reasonable and fair and the mechanic, Junior, was both capable and personable. They provided me great service and got my car back into perfect order.
As I was waiting I even heard them discussing the various training for their mechanics. Coming from a job where continual training is imperative to maintaining your skills, this was a great conversation to overhear.
