I am very happy with the service I received at Car Craft Audio. They were able to help me with a remote starter that they did not sell to me or install in my vehicle. I was having issues with the key fob. I stopped into Car Craft over the weekend and the lady working was so nice and helpful. I needed new key fobs. Instead of ordering them for me and charging me a mark up, she had me order what I needed on my own and let me know they could program the fobs for me if I'd like.
I did just that. Once the fobs arrived, I called Car Craft. I was given an appointment the next afternoon and my 2 new fobs

I had a bad experience going to car Craft audio as soon as I open the door the owner treat me nasty because I was going to buy a fuse and I was going to pay with my card and it was $5 dollar. They don't even have a sign that they don't take debit cards for such a small purchase . A lot of my friends told me don't go to this place because they treat people bad I didn't believe them because I used to know the owner and the owner used to treat everybody Fair so I experience it yesterday and it was really bad experience and made me feel like shiet

I've been living in the area for many years but never had the chance to stop in to Car Craft. Recently purchased a new car that I like, but it came with boring rims. I have always wanted a sharp set of rims for my car, so I spoke to a few people I know, and the consistent recommendation was to go see the people at Car Craft in Dover.

Good customer service would be answering phones even on holidays, helping those in need being one of the leading breathalyzer device install companies in Nj, Car Craft is always there,unfortunately some people dont see that and hear things differently then projected . I ordered a car stereo thinking that I would be able to install it myself. Once the hubris wore off, and I realized I was in over my head, I called Mike at Car Craft Audio. Thankfully, he was able to help me out right away, and a couple of hours later, I drove off with my stereo perfectly installed. Mike, and his team, were very professional and were the most helpful. I’d definitely go there again for any future car audio needs. This time, I’ll just do it all through them!

Had my remote starter done on my vehicle 3 months ago. I waited to make sure everything stayed okay before leaving a review. Allyn and Donna working the desk were helpful and informative. The installers had my vehicle done in under the time they said. I didn't think it would be that easy for my Mercedes but they got it done.

Awesome customer service! Mike was amazing in diagnosing the issue in my car and detailing what he'd have to do. Did an awesome job and it works perfectly! Great experience working with the team. They installed a 3 channel video monitoring system ( does front, back and in cabin video and audio recording). I bought one offline, took it to car craft to install and they were open about installing it, but also offered to research further as they were not convinced my unit was quality. I appreciated that as I am far from being an expert in audio equipment. They were in touch throughout the next two weeks and we landed on a system. Install was great- on time and no issues. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Please, anyone considering having this place do your installation, RECONSIDER. They don't use any connectors. They cut the existing speaker wire and twisted the new speaker wire around it and covered with electrical tape. The rear door speakers were slightly larger than factory openings. Instead of ordering new speakers, cutting the hole so that speakers would fit or adding the proper spacers, they used self tapping screws and covered up their work with factory grills. I needed to get my viper 7756 remote start fob reprogrammed last week. After about an hour they told me the module was bad and needed to be replaced. Car craft told me they would provide the module at a discounted price which was a very fair. Another hour passed and they informed me that the previous installer has the wiring all wrong and if I get another chip key to insert into the module and come back the following week they would have it working in about an hour (at no additional cost).
Well the week has passed and my 2011 Tundra and I went back to Car Craft. They stood true to their word

Had an auto start bought and installed at Car Craft as a Christmas gift in December 2015. Started experiencing problems with my HVAC module last month. Heat and air would only work when the car was started with the auto start; as soon as the key went into the ignition, it would stop working. Brought it back to Car Craft, they "uninstalled" the auto start and the HVAC still would not work so in their eyes it wasn't their problem, but a problem with the HVAC itself, however when they re-installed the auto start the heat and air continued to work but only with the auto start. This place is trash. All the products they sell are outdated and overpriced. Brought my car in for an amp installation, after i was told it would take 2 hours, it wound up taking 6 hours. Then the amp was clearly not installed correctly as my car audio now was horribly distorted. I had called numerous times to tell them about the problem but they insisted it was a faulty amp and charged me again to take it out (Thats now 400$ wasted). I got the amp tested by a third party and the test showed nothing wrong. 400$ waisted for there mistake. Very disappointed. The older lady that works here is very

Had them install pioneer stereo on my first car, a bit pricey for the head unit but no problems. When it came to the second car I bought them the same head unit and amps from the first car along with the wiring The, was the beginning of December 2016 .the amps were mounted underneath the rear deck and 2 weeks after installation they both fell out of the deck that they had been installed in. The head unit was loose and moved up and down and side to side and when I eject the disc it hits the trany shifter . I took the car back to them to correct the problems. It took them 3 hours to correct

This place is terrible. Absolute scam artists. I know my equipment, most of the audio gear they have on the floor is outdated and the help is almost non-existent. The girl who sat behind the counter must be the owner's daughter or something because there is no way anyone would pay her to represent their store otherwise. This place is great for people who have too much money to burn and can blow it all on the junk they sell, but if you want quality gear and good service look elsewhere.
