In time, the plan is to expand into a larger space, bring in more artists, and possibly a piercer. The shop itself is located in the historic district in downtown Stayton off of Ida Street. There are many other fantastic establishments within walking distance; please be sure to visit the local places that make Stayton and further up the Santiam Canyon a great place to be!
For now, Sink-Ink remains a single artist shop with an occasional assistant. Despite its size, it remains a very busy shop that specializes in medium to large custom tattoos/coverups with a 3-5+ months wait time for a tattoo appointment. As much as we would love to accommodate all people's tattoo needs, currently booking is selective to artist preference due to the large number of returning clientele (Thank you for all of your support!).

As your safety is our priority, we maintain the highest possible standards for a clean shop and only use pre-sterilized disposable instruments. I began this journey at about the age of 16 when I decided that tattooing was the route I wanted to go for a career.
Items for Sale are direct through the artist and will have a link near the image for a form to email if interested, shipping is paid by the purchaser, in-person pick up is also an option if local. Other works aren't for sale, but may occasionally have prints available. Links will also be provided in the case of print options.

I loved working with Melissa on my cover up. She asked tons of question about what I liked/disliked at my consultation. When she sent me a copy of what she drew up, it was absolutely amazing. After 5 sessions, I have the unwanted tattoo covered and a tattoo I love. She is such an amazing artist and does really good work. Because she is so good, you have to wait to get in but it is well worth the wait. Obviously, if you have to wait months to get in, she must be good because everyone is using her for their tattoos.

Melissa Sink has to be the best tattoo artist I have ever been too. She has a wounderful nack for creativity, every piece I have had her design has been perfectly done. She will be getting way more bussiness from me in the near and far future. Did I mention she has a very light hand and her tattoos a epically awesome.

Melissa is wonderful. I met her and had her do work for me for the first time today. I did a lot of research looking for someone I could trust. She was so pleasant to work with. This was the best tattoo experience, she has a very light hand, kind, clean and does great work. I made another appointment before leaving I enjoyed her so much.
To respond to a review that she doesn’t always answer the phone.... well the phone rang when I was in her chair but as a professional should I was her priority. She is a small one person artist with a personal touch. She doesn’t leave her clients to answer

Great tattoo artist! She's really nice and her artwork is beautiful, particularly her still life and animals. The only complaint I have is that her communication needs work; my mom was iffy on going here because she had never been sent a concept piece in two months. Seemed like a flake at first, but she followed through.

I was supposed to have some work done today May 31st, that was booked on May 10th. I was supposed to get pre art work to verify it was going to be what I wanted. On May 29th I contacted Mac to check how it was going, and if the appointment was still on? She advised me she was still working on it, and we would still be good for the 31st. This morning May 31st appointment time, she called and said she was sick and would have to reschedule another couple weeks June 16th or the 18th. I had told her on the May 10th I would be moving that week. Now I'm probably going to have to wait tell July
