I went here after I seeing a great laser hair removal deal on Groupon. Sadly, however, I saw no hair reduction after 5 or 6 sessions for upper lip. I am a great candidate for laser (light brown skin and dark hair) and have always had great success with laser hair removal on other areas of my body at different spas but I guess the laser hair machine here isn't very effective. I wasted hundreds of dollars. :/

I drove an hour to have Paul give me a fibroblast treatment on my upper and lower lids. Soooo worth it! I was impressed by everything, especially the precision it took to do this treatment around my eyes so thoroughly. My right eye had been numbing for a while, so I couldn't feel much at all. Left eye wasn't numbed enough, so that kinda hurt, but still totally worth it.
The results are so awesome! I can finally do my eye makeup like I used to!

I received a Groupon gift to Vitality Spa to try laser hair removal for the first time. The service was impersonal and rushed from the start in trying to make an appointment to showing up for my appointment. It was also my first time at a spa.
Answers to my questions about the process, likelihood it would work for me, or what to expect were short and rushed. I was told I needed to hurry up and start the treatment because he had other clients to give treatments to. I left without proceeding and won't be back.

First ever visit for tattoo removal. Paul gave me all the information I could need to decide if this was right for me, put me at absolute ease, and then performed the procedure. I can't recommend this place strongly enough just based on my interaction with Paul and my GFs prior interaction. If you need some cosmetic treatment, definitely check this place out!

I can't rave enough about Vitality Spa and especially Paul. I am so impressed with his level of communication, professionalism, and ability to actively listen to me, particularly my concerns and apprehension from past experiences with other spas. Found a really good deal on groupon and thought why not! They place is easy to find but parking can be a little tight. I received eyebrow threading and a tint treatment. She did a really nice job on my brows that were over a month over due for a threading. She was very informative about what shapes are good for different types of faces. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. The spa has different types of services available. Will try a different service next time and will update then!
