I can't imagine doing anything else, this is my engine, and my passion is to see your ideas come true: planning the celebration of a life that comes into the world, gathering all the guests in a memorable baptism or first communion, and making sure all the logistics are in place the day of your wedding.
I have booked 2 events with Kay's events. Kaitlyn Taylor the day of coordinator took care of everything from the ceremony, the music and coordination with the DJ the decorations and making sure each and every guest was accommodated. I could not have done this day without Kay's Events. The shower was a true dream come true.

I cant say enough how amazing kaitlyn is from set up to break down. She is one I would recommend for any wedding, big or small. Call her and set up an appointment asap. She is also covod friendly, so you feel very safe with her. Leave everything in her hands and enjoy your Big day. We loved her, she did an amazing job.

I recently got married and Kaitlyn did everything so perfectly!!!! The detail she put into all my tables, and ideas was great. She managed the timeline to the T. She helped set the entire venue up and when the bridal party was there she lined them up and got them ready for the ceremony. Everything was perfect and i couldn't imagine our big day without her. If you're looking for a great wedding coordinator I would def recommend using Kay's Events! The owner Kaitlyn is amazing. I got married 2-17-17 and it ended up POURING rain. Everything had to be moved inside and of course I was a wreck. Kaitlyn managed all changes and made sure our wedding was beautiful and ran on schedule even with all the bumps from the rain. She is reliable, friendly, and always available to you. She has great ideas if you're not sure what you want and sets up a whole itinerary to make sure your wedding flows just how you dream! She always responded super quick

Absolutely NO regrets hiring Kay's Events for our wedding! We saw her working at a friends wedding and we knew we needed her to coordinate our wedding! We didn't need a full wedding planner, we just needed her service the day of. She met with us a few times before our big day and helped us pull all last min details together. She set up all of our side tables (cake table, sweetheart table, memory table and gift table) We told her what we wanted and she made sure it was exactly they way we imagined!! Our reception went smooth and everything was on time. She worked great with all our vendors
