We had a last minute request to pick up some of our employees that were routed to a different airport and being unable to pick them up, we called Vanity Limousine. They were able to accommodate us and go to the airport with just one hour warning. Very professional and courteous!

I honestly don’t know where to start. My son’s 10th bday celebration was today, I cannot go to bed without saying how amazingly flawless our experience with Sammy was. He was early, the Sprinter Party Bus was world class! He was super positive, inviting, and extremely personable. I contacted Vanity Limousine last week as my husband's birthday approached. Sammy got back to me right away and helped me to coordinate our day. Peter, the driver, arrived early to let me and my son decorate the inside. I was surprised and initially disappointed when I didn't see a stretch limo. I became a bit emotional when I learned that the AC was broken but Sammy upgraded us into a larger van style limo. Used vanity for a fun night out on the town. Didn't give very much notice to reserve a bus but Sammy was able to make it happen. Driver was great. He parked close to the establishment so it made it easy to get everyone back on the bus. All in all, great experience. Definitely be using them again in the future.

Have had two bad experiences with this service. The second one was this past Sunday. During times like this when COVID-19 is such a problem you would think that cleanliness would be a priority for the company. The limo was not cleaned prior to picking us up. There were smudges everywhere not to mention a dirty sock in the drink area. Also, the driver was late, rude, and unprofessional, not to mention they charged my credit card twice and overcharged for the additional hours in cash.

A friend of ours actually rented a party bus from (what turned out to be their competitor) for their birthday party. My mom attended and the driver was rude the entire time, drove rough and wasn't respectful.
My mom ended up losing her phone in the party bus at the end of the night as the driver was dropping the party off at their last location in Temecula. Instead of helping he actual rushed everyone

Sammy and this company are Awesome!! I am planning my daughter's graduation and that can be very hectic. It has been a breeze dealing with Sammy and Vanity. I Love them! Due to the virus I have now had to cancel and postpone everything with different places... Again, it was a breeze handling this situation with Sammy. Unfortunately due to the Coronavirus I had to cancel my reservation and have not been able to use the service yet. I booked for a birthday party and everyone is scared to come because of the virus. The wineries/breweries we were going to go to all closed. HOWEVER, when I cancelled my reservation Sammy refunded my deposit which he absolutely did NOT have to do. So I can say that their customer service is AMAZING and I REALLY appreciated that! I WILL be using them once things go back to normal and I'm really looking forward to that. THANK YOU!

Vanity Limousine service was a very bad experience, I paid $650 for 4 hours, for my daughters Quinceañera this month. I paid $200 for 30 minutes. The original limousine broke down on the way to my home for our pick up. I was informed 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. A limo was sent to the church to finish the last two hours. The a/c wasn't working properly, the trash from the previous party was in the limousine. I understand he was rushed from a previous contract but this is still something that could have been handled better. When I was trying to negotiate an agreement I was told I would pay half the price for half the time. When I argued that half the price for half the time wasn't fair

I was in tears with another Limo service who was charging me 1000 to pick my son up for REV prom and only a couple of his friends for a few hours...My husband called them and not only did they beat the price by 400 dollars they gave us an additional discount of 30% as a returning customer(I didnt know but the Hubby did)and he gets up to 8 people in his limo!! Vanity Limousine is absolutely on the top of the list! The professionalism, communication and kindness I received was second to none! Last night was my sons senior prom and I hired a Party Bus for him and 17 friends. The party bus arrived before we reached destination. There had been a slight problem and the kids hadn't taken pictures. The drivers patiently waited as the kids (and parents) snapped photos. They addressed our kids and greeted each of them as they boarded the bus and treated each of them kindly. The kids had an incredible time and arrived to the prom and back home safely on time.

Spoke with Sammy, the owner, to book. He gave me great recommendations so that my little ones first limo ride would be more enjoyable. For example, I wanted a black Lincoln town car limo, but he suggested the white one because it would have more lights inside. Also, I was on the fence about how many hours I would need and he didn't push me for more hours but was honest about how to go about working it that if I needed more hours it would be fine vs booking for more and not needing it. "You don't need to pay for more than what you need" was close to what he said.

This place is ridiculous I call them made arrangement with one of there Limo did the deal with them I told I'll take it after that they said they call me back never did I had to chase them again after a month layto ask I was Still interested they replied hold on never got back to me again unprofessional place .
