The office receptionist was very courteous and able to schedule my appointment immediately. Emily is always friendly and thorough. Dr Spencer-Daum is very helpful and answered all my questions on my eye health, whether or not I was showing signs of cataracts or glaucoma as I'm trying to decide if LASIK would be a good option. The receptionist was very helpful and even found me a rebate for my contact lenses.

I had surgery and couldn't get to their office after dropping and stepping on my glasses, this was on a Friday night I called the office on Saturday and explained the circumstances, and bob came to my house Saturday afternoon and retrieved my glasses, fixed them and returned them Sunday afternoon like new.they are terrific team there thank you very much
