We know it is important to be thorough. That's why we offer a comprehensive eye examination that will uncover hidden, symptom-less, potentially sight-threatening eye disorders and diseases that are not found by a simple vision screening. The eyes are a part of the body, and can be affected by seemingly unrelated health conditions.
Our eyewear selection incorporates a wide range of fashions and prices. Our styles include an economical line and many designer labels. They run from the conservative to the outlandish, with something for everyone including a great selection of frames for kids and teens. If your frames break under normal wearing conditions, we have a 1 time replacement warranty policy.
The newest advancement in Corneal Refractive Therapy, Paragon CRT. Paragon CRT temporarily corrects nearsightedness (myopia) with or without moderate astigmatism. For more information visit our Corneal Refractive Therapy page. Contact lenses can be a safe, effective way to manage vision problems. They are, however, a foreign object in the eyes and can cause eye disorders if not fitted and followed carefully.
Eye conditions can occur at any age. Routine annual eye examinations can help to detect eye disease and early detection can increase treatment success. Our top priority is the care of your eyes, and Dr. Levinson and Dr. DiTota will treat most cases of eye disease. At Eyecare of CNY, we do Optomap Retinal Exams to obtain a wide field view of the retina.

This place never ceases to amaze me with their incompetence. I waited THREE months for my glasses (see review on their other Facebook page). The frames broke in less than two months. I emailed them, and with no response after eight days, I left them one voicemail/day for three days with no callback. I finally insisted on speaking with a person instead of leaving another voicemail. I spoke with Colby, who told me that he had the frames in his hand and to come in the next day; they'd put my lenses in new frames. I went in and the receptionist said that Colby was off and he was the only one who

Every time I call to order contacts, I have to call back at least once if not twice. Today I called back and told the girl who answered that I called yesterday to order contacts, and as usual, no one called me back. She put me on hold for over 5 minutes and then finally a Nicki picked up. She didn't ask my name, even though she knew who I was, and simply asked what I wanted. When I told her I wanted to order contacts she curtly responded, "We'll call you when they come in."... again, giving no indication she knew who I was, even though she obviously did. When I went to my appointment the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I got an eye exam and they even helped me pick out glasses. Of course I was (and still am) extremely anxious to receive my glasses, but the way they are treating me is ridiculous. I was told that it would take up to ten business days for my glasses to come in, but if I paid in full they would come in sooner. So, I paid in full and tomorrow is the tenth business day and I still haven't received my glasses. I called three times to see if my glasses were in and they are STILL NOT IN. I've been a patient of Dr.Levinson's for years now and have been consistently impressed with how professional his staff has been and how nice the offices always are. He has a location in Cazenovia that he uses a couple days a week but I have been frequenting the Syracuse location as of late.
They use the latest in eye scanning technology (you can avoid getting traditional dilation if you choose) and check ups are usually quick and painless.
Everyone at the office is great at offering an opinion on a choice of frames which is always appreciated.
