Terrible! The hospital called ahead to check on the availability of an item and I was told it was there. When I arrived the women told me she called my husband (who was not with me) and left a voicemail saying they actually didn’t have it. Then she told me to go to Staples because they may have it.

I rented equipment that I returned before the return date. I was charged for another month so I called and the woman I talked to said that she saw the error and would take care of it. When I returned the equipment they forgot to date the receipt so when I called to follow up the follow up date was written on the receipt rather than the date I returned the equipment. They refused to acknowledge their error and are continuing to charge me for services I did not receive.

Love this place, great staff, great service and management, always willing to help. I have been doing business here for years and always been treated great, they always go the extra step, contacting the doctor to get orders or documentation when needed. Finding a place where the people care is a rare find in today's world.

The absolute worst business I have ever come across. No caring or compassion. Rude. They absolutely do not care. Once they have your information for billing and they get paid you don't matter. They do not take responsibility for mistakes made and they make many!
I will be driving over an hour to the next closest medical supply gladly before ever going here again.

Worst company to deal with! They have called us twice in THREE YEARS to let us know supplies are in. Placed an order for my husband and went to pick it up two weeks later. I was informed their manger was out of town and it had never been ordered so they gave me something else comparable. Paid for it and left. Today we got a bill for $93! Called them to complain, was told if we don't pay it will go to collections and was hung up on! DO NOT USE this company! I'd give them a 0 if I could.

Since most people only post negative reviews, I wanted to post what a great experience we had at Brainerd Medical Supply. The staff bent over backwards to get our family everything we needed from oxygen, to hospital beds and wheelchairs as we helped our parents through the end of their lives. We had to order many things and not once did we have a problems getting what we needed, the staff was always kind and friendly, from the ladies in the front, to those that answer the phone and the guys that come to the house. It is such a refreshing experience to know that your parents needs are being taken

Had a horrible experience when trying to order something from this company. When they first tried to order, they billed the insurance wrong and we were told it was not covered. When speaking with our insurance, we were told it was covered and we had to go back and have it re-ordered. This was not an item in stock, it had to be ordered. They were unsure whether their supplier could get it, we were told they would call us back.
