Mike in sales is the only reason I will give two stars instead of zero! Our company originally spoke with Rachel when attempting to purchase 200 PVC drop strips. She told us they had 214 available and there would be no issue in getting the order to us by Tuesday (we called on a Friday). When no quote appeared by Monday morning, I called and was told she was still waiting on a number. I didn't understand this, but she said she would call back. I called again an hour later and was given the same answer. Another hour later I was told she had gone to lunch and that shipping ended in 15 minutes
