KG3 Home Staging was founded by Kenny Gallardo. In 2007 Kenny began his career flipping houses. At the time, he was flipping anywhere from 5 to 10 houses per year. Many of his colleagues and friends saw just how much more he was getting for the homes he sold because of his ability to balance a home's colors and finish selections.
The devil is in the details and the details deliver that unforgettable first impression necessary to keep prospective buyers wanting more. I make all the arrangements myself and the palms and live foliage are kept in low-maintenance, self watering pots. Fur throws, familiar high quality brands and sentiments of success perpetuate the "top dollar" mentality we bring through staging in the bidding and contract phase of home sales.
Our founder, Kenny Gallardo, has over 7 years experience flipping houses in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to his flipping and construction phase, he was a lead designer at Selby House Interior Design in Atherton. Because of his extensive experience, vendor base & ability to appeal to the masses, many of our clients have expressed a desire to have our consulting services.

I used KG3 again to relocate my belonging from one home to another plus interior design. The movers worked almost 14 hours straight and delivered the items in perfect condition on time. I didn't face any price up charges beyond what I was quoted. In my new home Kenny handle the complete interior design of my place including purchasing art, bar stools, couches, bedding, shower curtains, trees, plants, etc. He is truly gifted and has incredible talent to quickly put things together that help a room come to life in a clean / elegant style. I had a horrible experience working with Kenny. I was beyond disappointed and frustrated with his lack of professionalism, poor work quality, unfinished work, and overall work ethic. I hired him to remodel and stage my property at the suggestion of my real estate agent. In the end, we both regretted hiring him. At one point my real estate agent expressed concern over Kenny's mental capacity because he had gone ballistic in a way that she'd never witnessed before. And now my agent's company Vanguard Properties pulled him off their preferred vendors list. It was truly a nightmare
