Once your house has sold, we promptly schedule a date to remove all the furniture and decor, leaving behind a sparkling clean and rejuvenated ready-to-move-in home! Tracy and Upstage have been a joy to work with. They're very flexible and if you check out their Instagram page, you will inevitably notice that they also have impeccable taste. Upstage was very realistic with setting expectations and making sure I knew what I could and couldn't do. I value a professional's opinion and always took their recommendation. They designed for my very limited budget, but have been able to make my space feel more luxurious than my budget allowed. I would highly recommend using Upstage for your staging and/or home design needs!

The UpStage Team is amazing! They helped me stage my parents' home prior to it hitting the market, and knocked the project out of the park! The team was very helpful in selecting color selection for the walls and let us know which items could and could not be kept in the house. Other stagers that I reached out to would not give any opinion other than how they would design the layout. They were also 2 weeks out and non responsive. UpStage worked with our schedule and did an emergency stage, 8 days before our scheduled open house date. I have already recommended them to my colleagues and friends

I have worked with Tracy and her team to stage over 7 properties now. They are superstar! They never fail to transform houses or any space into something very comfortable, elegant and desirable for buyers. All our properties sold very quickly with multiple offers. I am so happy with the service and design we received with upstage. They helped redesign my house and did a color consultation. We sampled about 6 different paint colors and made a bold decision to paint our exterior black. I didn't think there was so much to finding the right shade of black but now we realize shade matters!!! Even in black. Tracy is a pleasure to work with and accommodated our needs with custom service. She is talented, professional. You will be happy you hired her!

I have used Upstage Design for a few of my listings. Now they are my go to staging company. The entire team are very pleasant to work with. They have great pieces and very good vision for every home. Our last listing was staged by Upstage and in our first three showing we received 2 offers. With one offer asking to purchase the furniture along with the unit. The buyers loved the staging so much they wanted to purchase the home with it. Upstage will continue to be my go to staging company moving forward.

I had a friend who was selling their condo in SF and had Tracy stage it. The place looked AMAZING!! She totally transformed the space to make it feel so much more comfortable and luxurious. So much so, that my friend considered purchasing the furniture and decor and contemplated taking the space off the market. It's so baffling how furniture really affects your mood when you walk into a space. I loved it so much that I reached out to Tracy to help design my small apartment. What was great was that she advised me that she gets great pricing on furniture because of the quantity that she purchases

Most reliable and easy to work with home staging company that I've ever worked with. Their design was exquisite and the team, from the designer to the movers, were very professional and friendly. My home was staged in literally 3 hours! Friends and family loved the design and the placement of every piece that they used to furnish the house. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.
