Dr. Fowler has been treating patients for over seventeen years and has been at Regional Eyecare Center for fifteen years. She received her Bachelor's degree in biology with minors in psychology and chemistry from Murray State University in Murray, KY in 1990 and graduated from the University of Missouri - St. Louis School of Optometry in 1994.
We utilize numerous frame manufacturers to bring you an exceptional variety of styles to fit any budget. We work with all major manufacturers of contact lenses to be able to provide the best lenses available. Our doctors will work with you to find the best product for your vision needs. We can order from most vendors and stock items for demonstration from Eschenbach and Freedom Scientific.

The Eye Doctor was extremely nice and polite..Actually talked to me doing the exam!Very Informative.But! (and there is always a BUT) The Guy who has the long curly mustache tried to add on more money for my glasses..He stated $300 or more with my
Insurance! After I explained to him in a Calm way😀 My Bill was ,$60.00 I then began to think of the Elderly who can't "Explain" on fixed income..Maybe it's his job to add all he can to increase price.Tint,Bifocals,Scratch Resistant lenses,on and on. Dear Fellar, "We just want to see Clearly.Do you HEAR me Now!?
