It was a slow morning so I stuck around to watch Andy - the Twin Cities metro auto glass maestro perform his magic restoring my Honda Fit to perfect road worthiness. I've had Lucken Auto Glass replace several windshields for me in the past but I haven't had the pleasure to meet Andy. This is as close to white glove treatment as you can get. Complete assistance through the insurance claim process (thanks Lou!) and quick installation once the job starts. They provide 1st rate professional service at your home or work using nothing but the industry finest windshields, primers, and adhesive. No corners

A Google search brought us to Lucken Auto Glass, we called & left a message for a quote. We called around to many places. Most were either booked out till the next week or the quoted price was almost 3x the average price. Lucken was able to fit us in the next day & at a very reasonable price. The next day they arrived, were very professional & friendly. They did quick work of my windshield replacement 30-45 minutes he said. I didn’t need to leave my windows down because they use great adhesive. My vehicle was able to be driven in 30 minutes. Turns out the tech was actually the owner - talk about

This is by far the best glass company. Very professional. Fast service and done right. I had to have a back windshield replaced they came to me they were able to come out on the same day I called. Quoted me a price and that is the price I paid. Lou and Andy were from start to finish.

One of my car windows was smashed in and because I was positive the deductible wouldn't be covered by my insurance, I called Lucken prepared to pay out of pocket. I spoke to Lou, who called my insurance provider with me in case glass was covered. It was, which was a huge relief. I so appreciated her going the extra mile for me. Gary drove out to me to fix my window, it was quick, easy, and he was very kind and professional. What I thought was going to be a stressful pain in the neck had turned out to be an easy and pleasant experience and that is because of Lucken.

After receiving quotes for a windshield replacement for 5 days to 2 weeks out from other companies, Lucken really pulled through. Came to our home same day within 2 hours of me calling. The install (which was for our fully cracked windshield on our family van) took hardly any time at all and the installer was great (I regretfully didn’t get his first name, but he was AL on the invoice). They handled everything with insurance too. I’ll be recommending them for sure!

The best auto glass company. Stands behind all his work. The part I enjoy most is that he helps with insurance claims and being on the phone with representatives from start to finish. This nice part about his service is that I can still be at work, my kids karate or home. Andy will come out and takes care of my windshield without me canceling my appointments in my busy schedule. Andy and his team at Lucken Auto Glass provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. I had a crack in my windshield that was growing larger each day and wasn't sure when I'd have the time to take it in to get replaced. With Lucken the process was quick and effortless. Andy even showed up at my place of work and replaced my windshield right there in the parking lot! I didn't need to schedule an appointment and my work day wasn't interrupted at all. They will go the extra mile to provide excellent service and as a busy working mom, I couldn't have appreciated it more.
