The whole team here is super friendly and helpful! Mary was so kind on the phone and helped me schedule an appointment in a timely manner. I thought I'd just need my weather stripping replaced, but turns out my whole windshield had slid down and needed to be moved back into the correct location! The team quickly identified the issue and explained everything to me in a professional, honest way. They were able to remove my existing windshield without it cracking and move it up to the right place. These guys are AWESOME. When I had a rear glass shatter on a 2001 S10 Blazer with glass coverage I called up my insurance company who have partnered with Safelite glass. After making an appointment within 5 minutes after the incident, they scheduled me for 1 week later to replace the glass. so I parked the truck in the garage and the next morning I got a call from Safelite telling me that my truck was too old and that the part was discontinued and I was on my own to figure it out. I talked to a buddy that recommended using Auto Glass today and it was the best decision I've ever made for glass work

Yesterday I shattered my whole windshield at 2 pm. Called, spoke to Edward who was able to squeeze me I right away. Had to call him 30 minutes later to let him know I wasn't going to be able to drive my car because of how bad it was. We canceled the appointment and not even 2 minutes later, he called me back to let me know that someone was available to come to my job right away and get it fixed. By 330pm. I had a brand new windshield. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate what he did for me yesterday, him and the guys who came out on such short notice. They were so quick. Vacummed all the pieces

Nice people and good work. Only thing I did much like was I was there waiting the whole time and they never told me I wasnt covered or insured under there warranty because of rust tell after I was about ready to leave and had questions. They should have of told me and shown me while I was waiting for them. If I hadn't of asked I feel they would have never said anything.

My car was broken into while I was at work the other night, the smashed through the back window to rummage around. I tried to get my window fixed through my insurance, the next available appointment was over a week out. I was referred to auto glass today and could not be happier with the service provided. Tiffany was so kind and helpful, she walked me through the whole process and made me feel at ease the whole time. I felt like my window was important to them. This place was an absolute LIFESAVER!!! My car got broken into unfortunately with my driver side window smashed. I must have called around 11-12 glass stores around Minnesota before calling Glass Today. The person picked up with a warm greeting and invited me to bring my vehicle in immediately to be fixed. Even advising me to put a thick blanket on the seat so the glass shards won't cut me. I went in and received amazing customer service from everyone. The owner Lee is so knowledgeable and talkative. Woke up this morning and found my car had been broken into. My car insurance set me up with an appointment for next week, Thursday to have my glass replaced. I called Glass Today and they were able to get me in this morning. I brought my car in, still ransacked from the break-in. I sat in the waiting room, at times trying to fight back tears.

I work for a glass company in ND and had a customer traveling through our area. We weren't able to get them a windshield in the timeline that they would be in our city. We have worked with Auto Glass Today on previous jobs and so I called them as the customer was headed in their direction. Edward told us he would take great care of our customer, got the windshield for them and is getting them in first thing in the morning so that they can get down the road and on with their trip. 6 years ago glasstoday replaced my car Windshield & they did a very lousy job.
They cut corners ( used Urethane instead of the clips they broke, they didn't use primer to prevent rust.....) and 2 weeks ago it cost me an extra $600 of body shop work to remove the rust from the windshield pinchweld.
If you do choose to use those guys or any other company, make sure they prep the pinchweld correctly before installing the windshield & do your homework or it will cost you later on

Called to get my passenger window replaced after someone broke into my car. Edward answered my call and was great! He quickly got me scheduled to come in the very next day to get it replaced. He confereced in my insurance to ensure it was all setup for me and I didn't have to do any of that work. Took about an hour and a half to replace the window and clean up the glass in the car. Edward called again when it was ready and also printed me off a copy of the work for my records when I came to pick up my car. Highly recommend for service and Edward definitely deserves some kudos for his great customer

Glass Today provided excellent customer service. We were told by several glass repair companies that they couldn't repair our sunroof because the manufacturer no longer made our sunroof glass as car was so old. However, Edward at glass today quickly responded to our repair request. He found replacement glass for us. He Quickly got us in to repair it and Worked with our insurance company. The repair itself was very quick, only an hour. It was professionally done.

This place is terrible. They replaced my window with a 2 tone tinted window instead of black. They didn't wash the window after install. Greasy prints all over it. They took the head rests out of the seats but never replaced them. They ruined my headliner and then tell me too bad. These people know nothing about customer service. They simply do shabby work to say the least. Avoid this place at all costs. They did $1600.00 worth of damage to my truck and didn't give a damn about it. Pathetic is what this place is. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL NOR DO THEY CARE

We had custom shower glass installed. The installers did a fantastic job. The reason for only 2 stars is the poor communication and customer service from the main office. I had to email Barb several times and experienced a lack of response, the need to request paperwork several times after she promised to send it, and she made a mistake with our order that caused a delay in our project, and resulted in me having to take vacation days off from work for two different attempts at installation.

It was one of those really nice Friday afternoons when suddenly a semi in front of me kicked up a rock and made this tiny tiny hole....no big deal right? Well it grew into a 16 inch crack within 24 hours.
I opened a claim with my insurance assuming I had no deductible glass coverage. Apparently I don't. My deductible was higher than the cost of glass....so off I went to start shopping.
I was able to get 1 online quote from another company that seemed pretty reasonable based on what the insurance company told me. Then I decided I could find out more shopping on Yelp.

I would've rated them higher but the communication wasn't the greatest. Early afternoon on New Year's Eve, I go out to my street parked car to find my rear windshield smashed in. I call around to several places to try to find someone to do it same day. It's a holiday so no luck but Glass Today offers to do it at my house Jan 2 "between 9 & 1". This appeals to me because then I can work from home so there's no lost time for me. She does warn me that if there's bad weather Plan B is to bring it in to their shop or a shop in my neighborhood.
