Our saga with Ninja Jump starts in April when we place an order for 2 13x13 bounce houses. We were well aware of the shipping and that we would be looking at end of June for delivery.
In the meantime, being that we are from PA I went to the inflatables course, tested and passed for units in PA. I went to register the units and found out I couldn't because the PA Type Name Ninja Jump had listed for our units was not the correct name, so a week of back and forth between Ninja Jump and the state got that "figured out". We were made aware on June 4th the units would be shipping out

I purchased a new combo unit from Ninja Jump. I thought I was purchasing a Ninja Jump combo but when I received the combo, the shipper was EZ Inflatables. When I asked the Ninja Jump rep why the unit came from EZ Inflatables, he denied that the unit was made by EZ Inflatables but did say that they are partners.
Being in the inflatable business for 18 years, I am quite familiar with Ninja Jumps products and have ordered several new inflatables from them in the past. Needless to say, in my opinion, the quality of this product is MUCH less than expected.

This was a Great Company,well at least until something go's wrong! Purchased a Brand New Moon Bounce (2017) and it was used 4 times,than a seam came undone & created a hole-I thought no problem,its under warranty-Wow, was I wrong! I found someone close to me,that does repair (was quote $225 for repair) Ninja Jump wouldn't approve the repair & wanted me to ship the unit back to them (Ninja Jump in California) at my expense and once unit is repaired-Pay shipping back to the East Coast-Roughly in the $500-$700 range! End results Ninja Jump offered me a $100 credit on a future purchase. I've purchased

The bounces are great, but the numbers games they play stink. Apparently a blower that they sell for 199.00 is only worth 85 bucks when you ask them to remove them from the order.
The phone communication from the salesman was pathetic....so much so that I had to email to get any response at all. During my email i did mention that i was looking to replace all 30 of my bounces over the next 2 years. I guess 50k in sales isn't enough to avkod a greedy salesman.
Ill keep the ninja products I have now, but will switch over to einflatables and magic jump

This company has one of the bounce houses around and will be best of service until you let them know they messed up. We made our first purchase with no problems. Then we made a second purchase which was their yellow monster truck. We called to let them know that the schematics on it were wrong and they responded that it was impossible. Well, we have a 15x16 bounce from them and the monster truck that is supposed to be 15'7 by 18 ft fits right on top (deflated of course) and you can still the 15x16. When we put the schematics on our page, customers are expecting to get that size bounce house

Just left Ninja Jump Frank was our sales person he answered all our questions and was very helpful. he showed us around the warehouse and showed us where they make the bounce houses it was very interesting to see where they're made and all the product they had in stock customer service was great we will definitely buy from again
