If I could give zero stars I would! We had ordered a dunk tank a month prior to our party, got the confirmation email along with a note saying we will receive a call within 48 hours. Unfortunately we never received a call, called multiple times left messages but we never received a call back. Fortunately the day before we were able to find another company with the availability. DO NOT contact this company.

There is a reason there are no reviews for this company. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT! I ordered a jumper online for the 4th of July. My email confirmation said that I would receive a call from the company to arrange payment within 24 hours. When I did not receive a call within the specified time frame, I decided to call. No one picked up and there was no voicemail greeting. Nevertheless, I left a message. After 48 hours and no return call, I called again. Once again, no one picked up so I left another message AND sent an email. By this time, I started to doubt the legitimacy of this business

This place has the worst customer service ever! I ordered a jumper for July 4th via phone, and confirmed with the owner. On July 4th, I called to confirm the order, and found out the jumper wasn’t reserved. The owner assured me that a driver would still come and deliver the jumper at 12:30pm.. Several hours went by and there was no jumper in sight.. I called the company back, and they told me the driver wouldn’t be able to make it after all. No reason was given, and the gentlemen hung up the phone. It’s very unprofessional to say the least.
