Everyone there was so polite and professional. Rachel helped me find my dress for my wedding. She was a absolute sweetheart! My friend is getting married October 23rd. We went in May to get our dresses, myself, the bride, the brides daughter and 2 other bridesmaids/ maid of honor. We picked out, got measured and paid for our dresses. It is now October 1st and my dress just got shipped out tonight at 7:09 PM. I had a great shopping experience on my visit to Wedding Belles. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was trying on dresses within 5 minutes of being there. I was looking for a dress to wear to my friends wedding and although I did not make a purchase, my experience definitely deserves my positive review. I do not recall the name of the associate that helped me, but she was inviting, and helpful. She did not rush nor was she pushy. I will definitely come back for all my future formal dress needs.

I would not recommend this place. My fiancé's dress was 6 weeks late and now we have 2 weeks to get her dress refitted for our wedding. When we called for updates through this process we were told we would get call backs with updates, because ONLY the owner could check in on the status. We never got call backs, and the owner never knew what was going on. It got delayed 4 times. If you plan on buying your dress for your special day, go somewhere else with better service and a owner that knows what is going on with their clients' dresses. WOW! What an experience. I haven’t shopped for an evening gown since I was in high school. I didn’t know what to expect. I cannot give her enough stars because she exceeded our expectations!!

The ladies at Wedding Belles are absolutely delightful. Recently purchased my wedding dress from this store and it was such an amazing experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and they were willing to help in every way possible from choosing styles for me and to getting any accessory I wanted to try on. They weren't pushy and respected what I wanted and didn't want with pricing. Definitely one of the best experiences I had trying on bridal dresses or just in general when shopping. 10/10 recommend :)

Literally only spent 5 mins in there and tell them my budget. I was wanting to get fitted and try on styles that would suit my figure. Well first off I'm told they can give me my measurements, but can't tell me what it is. the owner won't allow their customers to have their own dang measurements, and your not allowed to try on sizes more then your budget. And They seemed like an uptight business so we left. Will never be back.

I went in to get my bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding. They were super nice and very helpful. I went on my lunch break which was super convenient. You're not allowed to pay on the dress, but I paid for the dress that day (which was a little more expensive than the others girls paid back home in Louisiana). It came in quicker than I thought (within 2 months). Definitely gonna use them again for my best friend's wedding this year.

This place is horrible. Their selection of dresses is sub par. I went in on a whim and told the girl what I was looking for and exactly what I was not looking for. I am a very average size girl not a skinny Minnie or a plus size beauty just a normal girl and they had very few samples available in my size. One of the only ones available the girl insisted that I try on. It was everything I described to her that I DID NOT want. The store is so cramped you can't walk around . Please just avoid this place if you want good customer service and stylists that actually listen to your vision. I ended

Tracey was great! I called from California two days before arriving in Clarksville, TN. She not only got back to me quickly to book an appointment, she welcomed me and my large entourage with open arms. My mom even Skyped in from California and Tracey took time to speak with my mom, leaning down to talk to her on camera. She made trying on dresses so much fun!
