About 5 weeks ago my 2015 BMW Z4 Roadster was rear ended by a semi-truck on I-80. My insurance wanted me to go to a huge corporate BMW shop to get my car fixed; however, I generally prefer to support local businesses and enjoy knowing the person I am contracting with is both a neighbor and the person who will be doing the work. Ultimately, I opted to trust my high end vehicle to Regal Collision Repair, mainly because they are fighters and have done excellent work on my car in the past. This proved to be the right choice almost immediately! The insurance claims adjuster remotely assessed the collision

I'll make it short and plain. I brought my car there to have my front bumper repaired (replaced) I hit a dog 🐕 on the freeway on my way to work Sunday morning couldn't avoid it. Anyway they did a good job on the bumper but I had a little paint missing off my left sensor cap they took all the paint off of it and just left it white but they painted everything else. I thought that was very petty. And no they didn't just miss it my car is grey and the white is in very plane sight.

These guys are AWESOME from the time I arrived to the time I left.
Bill was very prompt and listened to my needs. Kirk was great at going over the repairs. And Jim was great at providing awesome customer service.
At top of that, the vehicle came out immaculate. It looked like it was a brand new car. And I got my car back sooner than I expected.

I'm so happy I chose Regal Collision. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. Jim and the team were beyond helpful, courteous and respectful. They made sure I was completely happy during then whole process. They were extremely knowledgeable regarding my car and what it took to make it perfect.
