I had a recent change of insurance and was assigned Dr. Kelada as my primary physician. I was very anxious about the changes and having to see a new doctor. Dr. Kelada was very caring, thorough and thoughtful. He took a thorough history and listened to my concerns and issues. Very happy with Dr. Kelada!

After being a patient there more than 10 years, I have found a new physician. My last three appointments were like going to the circus. If you don't mind waiting an hour for a 9:30 a.m. appointment, go for it.
The doctors need a student to operate the computer system which they have had for over a year. Complete distraction, no patient quality time. I should have had an xray ordered as I have had extreme pain for 4 months then, but no. In addition, Tramadol 50 mg. was ordered for me and office personnel by the name of "Pam" refused to do a prior authorization for the prescription

Dr. Kelada is a Saint. Anyone with a thyroid disease knows how hard you have to advocate for yourself and how hard it is to be taken seriously. Dr. Kelada is the exception. He always listens to me. He never dismisses any of my concerns. He goes over every option available with me and we decide how to proceed together. He makes it a team process, which is the way a patient and doctor dynamic should work. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing that he is my doctor. Even when I am in excruciating pain he never fails to make me laugh and keep my spirits up. This is hands down the best doctor I have

I am (or was going to be) a new patient and was scheduled to see Dr. Somma. I called to make the appointment for an afternoon time when my kids would have alternative care, and the receptionist told me she needed to fill morning appointments first. So I brought the kids with me. We showed up 20 minutes early, and waited an hour in the waiting room! After I complained to the receptionist, she offered to put me in a room, but who knows how long I would have been waiting there. I left, both of my kids were tired, hungry, and I was very annoyed. It is so unprofessional to force me to take a morning

I just got new insurance and called for an appointment. The person put me on hold for a long time and when they did get back to me she told me that there was a $25 hold fee. To make sure I make my appointment. I am a nurse and understand that they will charge me the office visit if I don't show but to charge me even before I meet the doctor is REDICULOUS. Never is this OK. I told they lady that I wasn't willing to pay that she told me good luck trying to find a doctor. I work for one of the biggest medical corporation and we would never treat people like that. Good luck with your practice

My second visit to Dr. Kelada. He sure knows what's up and is there to help, I am very pleased with his lab orders and his evaluations. He told me the problem I had with just a look at me, when another doctors I had before treated me for something totally different. Despite the long waits and very very busy oldish office and outdated furnishings. I know I can rely on Dr. Kelada, so Thank you dear Dr. Kelada for everything and for being very nice for taking the time I needed.

I was automatically assigned to Dr. Kelada when my previous GP retired. I was with him for approximately 2 years. The wait times were regularly more than an hour. I went in complaining of chest pain. Dr. Kelada scheduled me for a stress test in his office. I did the stress test and the results were inconclusive. I'm not sure who the tech was that did the test but she was not a cardiologist. I continued to have chest pains so he scheduled me for a nuclear heart scan before getting it approved by my insurance. I had that test completed and never heard the results as I was told if they found

He is the only doctor that finally ordered the right test to diagnose my Osteoporosis. All the other doctors kept telling me there was nothing wrong with me and basically all in my head. They ran tests and gave me all kinds of diagnosis until Dr. Kelada. He has a great staff and quick to see him. I have always been able to get in the next day if needed. They have been great to always have my test results right away and call back and also send me the results.
I think you will pleased to have him as a doctor. He takes time and asks questions and gives you time to talk and not usher you out.
