Turn onto W Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard/SR-574 headed east. Go 1.5 miles, cross Armenia Avenue and continue 0.2 more miles. We are on your left. You can park in front of the shop or there is ample parking on the west side of the building. Head north on Howard Avenue until Howard merges with Cimino Avenue.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
I brought in a coat that was several sizes too big. I just picked it up and I am so pleased with how it fits. The seamstress did such a great job. I wish I could have thanked her personally but she was not there when I picked up the coat. I would definitely use The Alteration Place again.

This is the worst alteration place in the Tampa area. They lost my son's tuxedo pants 4 days before prom. They gave them to another customer. After they located them, they were not altered correctly and smelled like cigarette smoke. After many times of doing business with this place by far the worst experience ever. I will never go back. All I got when I picked up the pants was a "I'm sorry" and a full price bill.

First Of All My Experience Here Was Very Dissatisfying! When I Walked In He I Was Not Even Greeted & Then They were Very Disrespectful. They told Me My Pants Would Be Ready Today And They Spent Just 30 Minuets Just LOOKING For Them I was Almost Late To work So i decided To Leave And Then They over Charged Me To do NOTHING I ASKED . Overall Very Upset With My visit

I took a pair of pants in to be hemmed & was very disappointed. The woman with whom I spoke was very unfriendly & did not seem intererested in what I wanted. She marked only 1 leg & seemed annoyed when I pointed out that I have 2 legs & that bodies are seldom symmetrical. I gave her 3 chances to get them right. The first time, she hemmed only 1 leg. The second, they were different lengths. The third, they were uneven & lumpy. I will not go back.
