I had a party at 1200 this past Saturday. The lady that took the reservations told me that the bounce house would be set up well before the party started. On that day, around 11 o clock I started to get nervous because the bounce house was still not at the house. I called a couple of times with no respond and finally left a message. The lady called me back and told me the bounce house would be there by 12. This was not true. The people came around 12:05 and set up the bounce house after the birthday party started. Thank you C & J for allowing us to book a jumper on short notice.
The two young men, Christian and his friend gave me a heads up when to expect them onsite and when they will pickup. Which I appreciated since the location wasn't at my home. They set up, disinfectant the jumper before and after use. Very respectful and courteous.
Plus, the price was reasonable as well as the delivery change since they drove out of their way to set up the jumper.
Book them for your next party and don't forget to tip! They deserve it.

I found C and J after calling several other companies whose customer service and prices were less than stellar. Right from the start, Debbie made me feel like our event mattered to them. She was so kind and enthusiastic about helping us find the right jumper for our party and the great service didn't stop there! The communication going forward was wonderful! A week prior to our event, Debbie called to confirm that the event was still on and ensured that we were all set to receive our jumper early Saturday morning well before guests were to arrive. We just recently rented a water slide jumper from C&J and they were professional , polite , and exceeded our expectations . They dropped off , set up and CLEANED the jumper . They asked us if we were satisfied with it before leaving . They answered all our questions and educated us on the safety rules. The slide was a hit and all our kids had fun at the party . We will definitely be repeat clients !

C&J Jumpers were a class act, after one of the big box party stores flake on us they came thru. The set up crew was fast, professional, and organized. They were in setup and out within 30min. equipment was clean and in outstanding shape. they even wiped everything down before they left. Anyone who know how stressful it can be planning a children's birthday party can appreciate. Your so busy doing other things that your time becomes extremely valuable. I had never rented from C&J Jumpers before. We rented a water slide for the 4th of July. Not only did they have slides available, but they were decently priced. But, what was the most impressive was the fact that they delivered on a holiday but picked up the next day in order to let their employees enjoy the holiday with their families as well. That says a lot about the owners and their value of their employees. I would certainly rent from them again!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
We rented a water slide, tables, and chairs from this ridiculous excuse for a company.
When we rented from them, we were under the impression that they were professional. They came and set up the slide with no problem. Before leaving we were given the option to either have the slide picked up later that evening, or have the slide picked up the next morning. It seemed much more convenient to have everything picked up in the morning. The driver said that they would be at the house at 6:30-7:00 AM to pick up the slide.

I have used these folks for church events over the past 6 months and they have been exceptionally professional and accomodating. We have mainly had a need to order tables (round) and chairs. They deliver and pick-up when they say they are going to. They issue invoices/receipts. We keep them as a referral in our directory for weddings as well. Our overall experience with them has been great. In the future I will use them for personal events.

I was referred to C & J Jumpers by a co-worker. Once I reached out, the prices beat anything I have ever looked up in the past and the service they provided made it easy. We rented a bounce house for my son's birthday party last month. I learned about the tables, chairs and snow cone machine by the awesome staff and included those at our party as well. To my surprise, not only was the service excellent from the initial contact, it was amazing throughout the process. I had a great experience with this company! Everyone from the time I booked to the time it was dropped off were very friendly, polite and professional. It was easy to call and book a reservation. They gave me a courtesy call before dropping off the bouncer and showed up promptly. I had the bouncer overnight and they came to pick up early the next morning without me having to be there. Overall I would definitely use c&j jumpers again!

Warning: Do NOT rent anything from this company! They tried to pull a bait and switch on me by accepting a reservation for one thing, and then telling me that it was not available--only after I called and two weeks before my party. They then tried to get me to accept a different product at a higher cost. They totally disregarded our agreement and sent me scrambling on short notice to find a reputable company to save my kids party.
