Amazing Jumps, Tents, & Events was born out of frustration with all the other Party Rental companies available in Arizona. Unfortunately most companies use outdated equipment and don't take good care of their items. Also many Party Rental companies don't have the proper insurance and annual safety inspections.

Amazing Jumps, Tents, & Events offers more than just jumper rentals, we offer Combo Units. Jumping/Climbing, sliding are referred to as 3 in 1 combos. We now offer 5 in 1 and 7 in 1 combo units that inside include jumping areas, pop up obstacles, basketball hoop, wet/dry options, and optional themed banners that can be attached to front.

5 stars from beginning to end. They communicated and helped me set up the contract and answered my questions. They arrived early and set everything up. We did not have to worry about anything. They made arrangements to pick it up and did all the work. The pricing was less than what I anticipated for how great of service we received. I would recommend them to everyone.

They were the most cooperative and helpful company I have used!! Not only were they the most affordable, ut they worked with me financially with the whole process! They showed up early set it all up, and I was able to keep the inflatable overnight with no extra charge! I honestly plan on using them multiple times again!

Many think that you have to be perfect to receive a 5-star rating. My experience with Amazing Jumps, Tents, & Events had its hiccups, but what really will keep me working with this company is when presented with a problem they came up with a solution to make it work. In the event business, problems arise all the time, and it's nice to know we found a company in AZ Amazing Jumps, Tents, & Events that puts their thinking cap on to find a solution. I was so pleased with the service that I received from Linda and the team at Amazing Jumps. I was in search of a bounce house and chairs 2 days before my party. I called Amazing Jumps late in the evening and Linda returned my phone call within minutes. She was so kind and professional and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company if you are in search of a bounce house for your next party.

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid for 2 jump houses, 3 generators and 16 sandbags for a community event on Saturday, October 30th. The extra generators were to power two movie screens and projectors for a movie and gaming event. They were supposed to setup at 4pm for an event that started at 5. I placed several calls to Linda the owner with no answer when they did not show up. The number goes to a cell phone with a mailbox that is full. Finally received a call at 4:45 from a man who asked us if we still wanted the jump houses. I asked why they were late and he said he thought they were supposed

Same thing as the review before me. Booked a bounce house weeks in advance. They called earlier that day and asked if they could bring it early and we would have to set it up. We said that was fine and tried calling throughout the day with no answer. Never showed up for the party, a lot of disappointment from the kids. They called 2 hours after the party and told us their truck broke down. We offered to pick it up and they said we couldn't.
