Very efficient, always on time. I've used their service for three years now. Cars are clean, non-smoking and very nice. I love their use of texting to confirm rides, it's quick and reassuring that you've booked your ride. It's wonderful to have a dependable ride to the airport. I live right outside Harvard Square and have been using Cabbie's Cab to get to the airport for over a year.

Finally a reliable cab service! Booked a cab online for my family members to the airport, received a text 15 minutes later. Very easy booking process via text. We originally wanted to be picked up at 5:30 but the earliest available time was 6:00, so we went for that. Guess what? The driver was already at my door before 5:30 and didn't need directions on how to find us as our address is quite misleading.
I go to the airport often and from experience I can say that Cabbie's Cab is the best way to get there. The drivers are kind, professional, and make great use of technology (text confirmations, email receipts), something that I particularly appreciate. I wouldn't go to Logan Airport or South Station Boston with anyone else.

They never came they don't service that area and I really needed a cab . My daughter was coming home from school and I needed to get there it wasn't to far but I couldn't walk it. I know it would have been a good 30 mins or longer from Wellington station so i called Green cab and they came I did walk to Walgreens and catch it but they were happy to accommodate me.

I have used Cabbie’s Cab for several years to go to and from the airport and if they are available , to do local trips. They are excellent drivers, on time or early for pickups, reliable, helpful, kind, and professional. Their cabs are clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The service was prompt and commendable. I paid via credit card in advance with a link and tipped the driver. The service was professional and delivered for a very early pick up time to the Boston airport. I would recommend this service. It is important that you respond as soon as possible to their texts when you put in the request (this is a business after all).
I would encourage you to be prepared 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled pick up time. We were just coming down when the driver texted that he has arrived.

For 5 years, Cabbies Cab has been my go-to taxi for drop offs to and from Logan Airport. From my home in North Cambridge near Mass Ave, Cabbies Cab always gets me to the airport on time (actually, usually BEFORE time). His car is always clean and waiting outside my home 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Highly recommend Cabbies Cab to anyone that needs certainty that they will reach their destination on time all the time.

I had an acceptable experience (driver was prompt, we got to the destination on time, etc). But I will echo what others said: I was asked to pay and tip *before* we left my apartment, and I was again and again reminded over text that the price was $ plus a 15% tip. If they want to charge this much as a fixed cost, they should include the 15% in the price, instead of calling it a tip.
I will also say that this company is *not* pet friendly. When I was booking over the phone, I mentioned that I had a small dog and asked if he could sit in his carrier in the car. One condition of booking was that

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I needed to get to the airport at 5 am on a Sunday during COVID and couldn't book a Lyft in advance. I booked a car through the Cabbie's Cab website and got a text confirmation. The driver showed up 15 min earlier than the crazy early pickup time of 4:30 am. He was wearing a mask and gloves and took every COVID precaution--he opened windows while driving and carefully sprayed both the trunk and back seat off we got off. Price is very reasonable compared to other cab companies--$35 flat rate plus tip and $5.25 airport toll. Some other places

Used Cabbie's Cab for a ride to Logan early in the morning. Very professional and polite. The driver arrived early and the owner confirmed our ride several times. The flat rate was very reasonable considering we needed a minivan for our 4 bags plus stroller. I would definitely book again when needing a ride to the airport!

I use Cabbies Cab every time I have a 6am flight out of Logan (every few weeks), and they've always been a joy to work with. They're great about confirming your booking and letting you know once they've arrived. They're always at least 20 minutes early for the pickup (at 3:45-4:30am, that's even more impressive), so you don't have to worry if the car will be on time while you get ready. They're also great about finding the fastest way to drop you off, even if that means dropping at the arrivals hall so you can take the escalator. I have used Cabbies Cab several times, the service is great. The driver usually arrives a few minutes early to make sure that I won't be late to the airport. The car is Honda Accord, or Odyssey for multiple people with luggage. From the Alewife Station area it takes about 30 minutes to the Logan airport, depending on the traffic. The driver is good and friendly.

This was a ride from Somerville to Logan airport early in the morning at 4:30. The owner Rajan came on time as promised, helped me with my over heavy luggage at my house and at the airport and we had a pleasant conversation too. Overall a pleasant experience.
The only tiny negative was the pre-tipping on an already expensive cab ride. A tip is usually given *after* a ride and based on the overall experience. I knew about this before I booked it so I don't complain.

I had a pleasant experience with Cabbie's Cab. Their online booking service is very easy to use and it is nice to be able to communicate with texting.
As other reviews have said, they are VERY punctual. My driver arrived about 20-30 minutes ahead of the time I requested a cab for and he called me when they arrived. I was still in the shower when they called and had to run out to find my phone so that they wouldn't drive away without me.

So here I am: the day before 4th of July, in need of a 6:15am pick-up to the airport for me and my 5 bags. I don't want to risk waiting around refreshing Lyft and Uber until a driver is free for me and ordering a cab from Boston cab companies is out of the question due to my past awful experiences with them...
Cabbie's Cab ends up being my solution based on their great Yelp reviews. Even the text messages in messy English freak me out a little, I trust them and accept the $46 rate they offer me (Mission Hill-Logan).

Reliable in that they showed up at the appropriate time, which is most important, but service was lacking. They made me pay $46 for the 13 minute ride to the airport online the day before, and then gave me a hard time in the morning about the payment.
I'd use them again, but only because I've had worse experiences with other companies.

They seem to prefer coordinating the pickup via SMS or email, which was great with me. I get the sense that my nicely conversant driver was the owner. He was a bit early, called me when arrived, helpeded me with my bags, and was pleasant overall. Ill be recommending Cabbie's Cab to my coworkers.
