We've used this company on two different trips to Boston and both times have received excellent service. We're here for medical appointments, so Covid-precautions and cleanliness are very important to us. We appreciate the clean vehicles and mask wearing.

This is a digitally connected company. You'll get email and txt notifications. The driver checked in with txt and was waiting for me at the appointed time. Really took the stress out of getting to the airport. Compared to even the off airport parking...their service is a smart value.

Getting to/from the airport with 2 kids can be stressful, but Boston Airport Express made it much easier.
There was excellent communication from the moment we booked our ride to/from the airport. On the return reservation, I even made a mistake with the pick up time and they must have cross referenced the airline info because they called me within minutes to correct it.
The drivers arrived early on both occasions & stayed in touch via text messages. Both drivers were professional and very helpful with the luggage while I installed our car seat.

I've been using Boston Airport Express for about a year for my frequent travel to the airport. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. When I book a ride, they send me a verification text with driver name and car type which I think is very helpful. I've found that the driver almost always arrives 10 minutes early which is fantastic since it reduces any stress I have about catching a flight. I definitely recommend using them!
