Before 2012, we rented three times with you. Then, we owned and occupied a property on the Key for seven years. In 2019 through 2021, you rented the property for us, with outstanding results. We sold the property in 2021, but returned to separately rent with you for a week. In all that your rental agents, your maintenance, your cleaning, and other needs, you provided superior service. The property was clean and exactly as described. We had a great vacation in May and enjoyed all features of this home. Pool, Boat Dock (boats and wildlife views were great), use of garage, excellent charcoal grill (used daily), large open living space and quiet neighborhood. The agents were very responsive and helpful. I would rent this property again.

We have rented properties in Manasota Key for the past 4-5 years. The properties ranged from 1-2 bedroom Condos to a large 5 bedroom House. All experiences have been great! They provided instructions for the dropbox to pickup keys, wifi passwords, etc. A caretaker for the home even stopped by to check on us to ensure all was OK mid-week.

ConchOut/Manasota Key Realty handled the rental condo we stayed at on Manasota Key, and they were very friendly and easy to deal with. Key pickup and check in was easy, they provided good directions and were ready with our parking permit, WIFI instructions, and check out instructions. The condo unit was an older property but clean and comfortable, terrific location. When I turned the key in and asked a few questions about future rentals, they were super helpful in providing all the information I requested. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

We stayed on Manasota Key in April 2013 for Spring Break- renting a condo for a week from Manasota Key Realty. Our condo experience wasn't bad- but dealing with the realty office was awful. (Manasota Key Realty)
My sister in law reserved 2 units- one for her family & one for mine. (She was told that would be easier and we could both pay separately with no problem) We were told our $400 damage deposit would be returned to use within 2 weeks of returning home. After 15 days passed- I called and inquired- only to be told that "the accountant wasn't in the office that day"
