I really really wanted to give George and standard air 5 stars. They were knowledgable and prompt ( our ac broke on a Saturday and was completely fixed by Monday afternoon)
The reason for my subtraction was for the fact that nobody would tell me exact numbers or prices until it was time to sign the contract. We were on a very right budget and everytime I asked what a certain unit would cost, I was told "not too pricey" or "this one is more high end". That bugged me and I almost didn't go with this company because I assumed I was getting played.
