Services
As a Certified Massage Therapist since 2001, I help people live healthier lives through skilled bodywork. When you visit my comfortable office near downtown Campbell, we will discuss your unique body issues and tailor a massage session to address your needs. I use a structural approach to find patterns of muscle tension or imbalance within your body.
Popular since the 1800s in the Western world, Swedish massage uses a combination of different strokes applied to skin with the aid of a lubricant (lotion or oil). The goal is to promote muscle relaxation, improve circulation and reduce stress. Clients privately undress, but may wear their underwear.
While deep tissue massage techniques are very similar to Swedish strokes, the difference is the amount of pressure and forcefulness that I apply. This type of bodywork is especially helpful for injury recovery and chronically stiff areas, such as the neck, upper back, and shoulders. People who have structural anomalies of the spine and muscles may also benefit from deep tissue massage.
The human body is held together by layers of soft connective tissue called fascia. Myofascial release is a gentle therapy in which the therapist applies extremely mild pressure for a sustained period to stretch the fascia until the tissue softens, or "releases". The technique is used to relieve chronic pain and immobility caused by extreme tension in the connective tissue due to physical trauma, surgery or habitual poor posture over time.
Acupressure is an ancient bodywork technique developed within traditional Chinese medicine. It relates all parts of the body to one another through the flow of vital energy, or chi. If your chi is flowing smoothly and unimpeded, you will experience health and vitality. But if your chi becomes sluggish, imbalanced, or blocked then discomforting symptoms, pain and disease will develop.

Simply put, AMAZING massage. Very thoughtful and will work on problem areas or be gentle in sore areas. Comfortable and soothing atmosphere. Super clean, never a concern about the environment. Repeat customer, won't go anywhere else.

Tracy is incredible. I have walked in without being able to have full mobility and walked out pain free, with a wider range of mobility and was able to maintain it for a good two weeks. She is one of the best massage therapists in San Jose. I refer my friends and co-workers to her with full confidence.

I came to Tracy seeking assistance for my frozen shoulder because I had heard she's the go-to for this concern. The office space was very clean and quaint and Tracy was very friendly and professional. She is very gentle and listens to you as a person. She was very honest in terms of my prognosis which I truly appreciated. Would recommend Tracy for a great massage.

I've been going to Tracy for at least three years now. She is not only professional and excellent at massage, but she listens to you and starts each session asking if there are certain areas that need attention. Many times, she'll recommend some exercises that may help with the tightness in my shoulder. I'd highly recommend Tracy to everyone.

I have been pregnant for eight months now and I am ready for this stage of my life to be complete, if you know what I mean. I need relaxation time away from my everyday to day life routine, and my body needs some love as well. Tracy is wonderful at doing just that. She helps me escape for an hour once in a while when I see her. Wonderful!

Expect a little piece of heaven when booking a massage with Tracy. I've been blessed to have her healing hands work out my stress knots and sore muscles on several occasions. She's very professional, thorough and does amazing work with a friendly and positive attitude. Tracy is very in tune with my needs. Whether I've needed a therapeutic massage to work out the knots or a nice relaxing session; she's always managed to make me feel like I'm walking on a cloud after. I highly recommend booking today! Thank you Tracy!

I saw Tracy for the first time recently, and I am oh so pleased with her care! Like many people, I have a history of tight neck and shoulder muscles from too much computer work. Plus, my muscles have been sore from months of boot camp classes. Tracy has such gentle hands! I was lulled into a deep relaxation coma in a very short time. My body now feels supple and flexible. Plus she is so kind and personable. I highly recommend Tracy for your massage needs!

I have known Tracy for more than three years and have used her services over and over again. I keep returning because her combination of Swedish massage and deep tissue gets the knots out while making me totally relaxed. I really need to de-stress because of my job and two teenagers! Thank you, Tracy! See you soon.

Two words - Cranial. Sacral. A-maaaaazing!!!! Seriously, I received a Cranial Sacral massage from Tracy a few weeks ago and my body is still blissing out over it :-) Tracy has the most gentle hands, and her wonderful hands combined with cranial sacral techniques brought me into one of the deepest states of relaxation I have ever had! Remarkable. I also have a lot of jaw problems (TMJ) and Tracy did some concentrated work on the jaw area that was absolutely pain-free. Believe me, this is a miracle, because when any other massage therapist has worked on the area (which always involves actually

I haven't been to Tracy in awhile - and I miss her sooo much! It's been over a year since I've had the privilege to see her..after being unemployed, and unexpected illness...I'm finally back on my game and hoping to see her soon. She is THE BEST massage therapist around. Friendly, welcoming, and great with her hands!

Tracy is AMAZING! I can't recommend her enough, and I try to tell as many people as I can about her mad skills because it is really hard to find a GREAT massage therapist. My husband just went in for his first massage with her this past Saturday and he loved it as well. I have been seeing Tracy for 6 months now, and I am pregnant. I really recommend getting at least the 75 minute treatment (I have had both, and it's truly worth the little extra money for that extra time). I love her office and I love her massages. You will not be disappointed.

I have been going to Tracy for a couple of years and without a doubt - she is the best. She works absolute miracles.

Tracy really listens to how your body feels and what is going on in your life and she then customizes your massage around those areas of concern.

Tracy is professional, articulate and funny.

Spending an hour with Tracy is like spending an hour with a good friend....you leave feeling cared for, relaxed and with your spirit renewed.

I've been seeing Tracy for about 3 years. I highly recommend her. She's very professional and excellent at her art.

She does give $10 off to new clients and offers gift certificates (I've bought plenty of gift certificates to give away as gifts). Also, she has late appointments available (6pm+). Be advised, she does book up quick!! I highly suggest scheduling in advance.

Tracy has been my massage therapist since 2002, when I was suffering from lower back pain. Her massages always relieved the pain, and her advice helped me keep it away. Since then she has eased my recovery from various strains and pinched nerves.

These days I go to Tracy regularly for relaxation massage, and I always leave relaxed, de-stressed, and blissful. I've recommended Tracy to all my friends.

I eagerly anticipate my appointments with Tracy from the moment I schedule them. When I drive past Campbell Chiropractic on my daily errands, I always wish I was turning into the parking lot
