I wish I could give ZERO stars. We been here 1yr and a half and is a Nightmare. Don't move here. They don't care about anything, you have to harassed management to repair major things like a leaking ceiling, mold , tub leaks under and toilet backed up. There is no such thing as "24 hr maintenance" in here they only have to 2 maintenance guys. You be charged for water and sewer but there is no bill with your name on it.? But water pressure is controlled because we have to save water, but we paying for it? SCAM!! Rent goes up and their service goes down.

I enjoy living here for 2 yrs but still waiting for my outside outlet to be fixed, door to be replaced (bathroom) and the most important fact is the Central air to be fixed.. I dont understand why management wait until June to fix the Central air in different units. Now, I have to use a portable Ac which is going to make me bill go so high. On top of that, we have a heat wave coming up this week

I have lived here @ Vandenburgh for the past year and My experience this Far has been Great it is Very Quiet and Peaceful and Neighbors are Friendly.
The Property Manager Donnie is s doing a Good Job at implementing changes that will ensure a Positive Living Environment.
The Property Maintance crew is Hardworking
And considerate in tending to things quickly.
I would recommend Vandenburgh if you are looking for Peace and Community.

I can't in good faith recommend that anyone move here, so please don't. Communication is horrendous. You have to call and email property management to handle pretty serious issues (like multiple leaks in the roof and a leaking bathtub). There is also a rodent issue that a few units deal with, ours being one of them. Because the siding wasn't properly installed, mice can get into the units. We also had a chipmunk living above us, and it would wake us up when it would run across our ceiling. Of course, it took months to even have the issue addressed. These are serious issues, and the sad part is

When we arrived to our apartment, the kitchen cabinets and the drawers , and shower/tub were filthy. One bed room had an ink stain on the carpet and only the rug was cleaned when the previous tenants left. We like where we live but would have appreciated it now if the place was cleaned the way it was described in our lease agreement especially while CODIV-19 is happening.

I can’t believe what just happened. I’m coming home from work after working in a hospital 12 hour shift is about 4 o’clock and I see a line of cars pulled up in this apartment complex. Why? Because no one can drive through the parking lot ! They didn’t plow all day! NOTHING I spent 2 hours trying to get to my own house. Gave up and parked across the street and walked almost half a mile home. They don’t pick up the phone and the people that are supposed to be plowing swing by plowed by the dumpsters and LEFT! Everyone to struggle ! Even the elderly! This is SO UNACCEPTABLE! If this people

So far very nice and quiet. Great location and near shopping centers. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. You will love calling this place your home. The proper manager and rental consultant is very helpful and made sure that they accommodated me with the small changes that I needed upon moving in. I'm currently waiting on an outside light and a minor fixture to my stove but the property manager has been notified and a work order is in place.
