Over 4 months ago, Russ and Debby helped us install our amazing patio cover and we are still VERY pleased with it!

We remodeled the backyard but it felt incomplete until the cover was installed. And since then, it has made such a huge difference in the appeal. There's also so much more utility now that there's shade, fans to keep cool and keep the bugs away, and electrical to add lighting.

From the very first phone call through final installation, Debby and Russ were a pleasure to work with. They have done so many of these covers, they could do the design work over the phone. They made it EASY and fun!

Kevin, Charlie and Desi were great with the installation. My husband remarked, "It was like watching a skilled surgical team at work. They worked with precision and very few words. It was a pleasure to observe them". The entire cover was installed in one morning!!

Russ and Debby are awesome! I was looking at replacing my pergola on my patio, because the wooden one I had was rotten and falling apart. Little did I know that it was such a dangerous situation. Great communication good work, I ordered my patio from Russ ask for to rush before Chinese new year, we got the patio install yesterday and everything as expected, we shop around from friends to other business, and their price is much cheaper and better quality, the installer Kevin did a good job and install all recess lights and fan, I'm so happy to find them for the job, recommended to anyone looking for a trusted patio install from this business

Debbie and Russ are very friendly and easy to talk to. They answered all of our questions. Their knowledge, experience, and helpfulness make the process very easy. We received quotes from a few different companies, but Payless Patio was very reasonably priced, and they made us feel comfortable about the whole process and gave us such a good vibe, we decided on them. Kevin, the contractor who installed, is also very professional, and he and his crew did an amazing, fast job. Highly recommend them for your patio needs!

Debbie & Russ were really friendly and informative. The workers who did my patio cover were also amazing. I had initially contacted a different company but they did not communicate with me and wasted 5 months of my time. I then reached out to Payless Patio and they were able to install my patio cover within one month! The difference in customer service was significant. I am 100% satisfied with their work and I totally recommend them!

I am beyond thankful to Payless Patio for my new patio cover. I called and spoke to Debbie who directed me to their website. I gave her the measurements over the phone, selected the style that I wanted and she called me back within 15 minutes for a quote! We agreed on the price (much more reasonable than I had expected) and ordered my patio that same day. They came in to install it sooner than originally expected and were done in just a few hours. Only gave 5 stars because that's the most I can give, but honestly Russ and Debbie deserve 10 stars! I consider myself very handy, but this patio cover, being freestanding and on a hill, over a deck, seemed pretty difficult. As I began to inquire with Payless Patio, Russ began to breakdown the installation, even before my purchase! Amazing how there is still people who really want to help us achieve our vision. Russ and Debbie trully gave me the insight and confidence that I could do-it-myself! They are wonderful! I must of called them over 50 times,lol, and that's before picking up my cover and

Our experience with Payless Patio was the best we could have asked for, from the day Russ and Debby came over to give us an estimate we felt so comfortable with them and there expertise in patio covers!! As soon as we gave the okay to start Russ was right there making sure that everything was ready to go!! The installers were so professional and clean! First, Debby and Russ are the nicest people I've met in a very long time. Every single interaction was pleasant and they were both extremely helpful when it came to obtaining the look I was going for. As far as the patio itself, OMG it's gorgeous! The crew showed up at the expected time and was done installing before dusk. I'm extremely happy with the lighting and I thank Debby for convincing me that 8 lights would be best on such a large patio. Overall, the entire experience was great and the price is unmatched for such amazing quality and such a professional installation crew.

We have had this patio cover for over 7 years now. This has been one of my best investments. Russ was extremely helpful in helping me get the installation figured out.
