I just had my wedding reception here about a month ago and I am sad I did. The owner is incredibly inconsistent, unreasonably strict and unprofessional.
My biggest regret about my wedding was signing Debbie’s contract and foolishly giving into her high pressure sales. I could tell the first time I met the lady that something was off. She had told me that I could set up a separate tent for the caterers so they would not be counted in the guest list (200) and then the next time I asked her about it she accused me of being manipulative and a “liar” and claimed I was trying to get her venue

We had our wedding at Prosperity Mansion last night and we could not have been happier! The sun set was phenomenal and made for amazing photographs. Our guests absolutely loved the lawn games and outside features that Debbie has provided. We had so many compliments from our guests on the beautiful venue we chose and how great of a venue this was. The owner, Debbie, was great to work with; she not only provided a great venue, but gave us very good recommendations about vendors to use! We would highly suggest this venue. Thank you, Debbie, for making our wedding truly a dream come true!

The venues property is probably by far one of the most beautiful properties I’ve seen in a long time. The venue is stunning, The amount of history that is on the property is so wonderful, the fact that we are able to utilize the whole land is amazing, and the owner of the property is just an human being that I’ve met in a long time. I am beyond excited for this venue and see myself getting married here!

Prosperity Mansion is such a wonderful and beautiful place with no details left untouched. My fiancé has visited multiple other wedding venues and said that this was one of the best and none of them could compete with the price. This place can go toe to toe with venues charging twice the price. The owner was super professional, helpful and kind. Everyone of our guests enjoyed celebrating with us and loved the venue we chose. I highly recommend Prosperity Mansion!

Venue was beautiful. Host a nightmare. She stalked the guests. Inserted herself into my ceremony. Sat in my bridal suite while we got dressed refusing to move. Interrupted my photo shoot. She screamed at my guests. The bridal suite was not clean or sanitized. She does not treat for mosquitoes. She fought the wedding coordinator, the FH and the bartender. Oh cash only paymentscif you are African American. She ruined my wedding.

Prosperity Mansion and Farm is a truly magnigicent and magical venue for a wedding. It’s obvious the owners are totally obsessed with keeping the property pristine and meticulous. As a guest I had a wonderful time. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that all the wedding details were were spot on and all the guests were happy and well taken care of. I highly recommend Prosperity for your next event.

Just attended a wedding here and was so impressed that I am going to probably book my wedding at this venue. The place is truly beautiful and every inch is well thought out. I really liked how the different areas are used for different parts of the wedding day. The owner was hopeful and ready to jump in when needed. She was there all day. I highly recommend this place
