If I embarked on a medical degree, my passion would be the welfare of the patients and the general public. In the times of a pandemic, what I have experienced with this center is a lack of empathy, lack of communication, and the lack of quality care. Here is my long story short:
On 07 December 2020, I contacted the office and was transferred to the manager who was responsible for managing the schedule for COVID-19 tests. I left my contact information, and my phone number. I received no follow up call.
I thought this was just a bad day so I called again, today. Guess what? I called not once but

Okay, so after my visit two weeks ago, I found the staff at Roseu very kind, accommodating, thorough, and knowledgeable. The staff reminds me of how it used to feel to go the a physician's office back in the day when everyone knew your name, your kids, etc. They have such a quality personal touch from the front office staff to the doctors.

I received a call from Roseau staff apologizing for the service I received. The person who referred me was also in disbelief that the service was terrible. I am going to give it another chance and will update my review. *The second star is

WOW I was very impressed. I had to switch my PCP due to an insurance change. I came here to establish care and med management. Very thorough exam, which I was not expecting. Dr U was very knowledgeable and open and honest about any medications I had questions about. Wait time was average. Close knit family like environment. All staff was professional and polite. I will gladly refer others here.

Steer clear. I made an appointment with Dr. Unegbu, and he never examined me, or even met me for that matter. The appt was conducted by an intern and a nurse practitioner. No one informed that this would be the case. To top it off, while I was in the ladies room, Dr. Unegbu saw my elderly mother standing in the examination room, and asked her, "Why are you standing here?!" She informed him that she was waiting for her daughter, to which he replied, "I'm doctor Unegbu". Mom didn't reply, she just stared at him in disbelief.
