The first I went to Seton I had a very positive experience. I would others that if they need to go to hospital go to Seton. I had to go to Seton on 12/22/21. I waited so long in the emergency room that I left. Other people came in atre me and was seen before me. When I left I went to another emergency room and was in and out in 30 minutes. Soon as I walked into the emergency room I was taken to the back and seen by the doctor. I used to tell my husband if something happens to me take me to Seton. Now I tell don't take me to Seton. The emergency personal was horrible. And get thus you all had the

We went in on Sunday mid morning to the ED. My special needs sister had broke her leg. We were takin back into an exam room where we waited 1 1/2 hours. I finally went to the nurse station and ask if a doctor was going to see her. About 5 minutes later Doctor Kennedy came in and nervously looked at her leg and said he would order x-rays. after 30 more minutes we decided to leave. We drove 2 1/2 hours back to our home town hospital. Within 1 hour a Doctor had been in to exam her, x-rayed and diagnosed her with a broke leg just above her knee. Seton ED wasn't even busy when we went. I believe they

My mother is in the hospital. She was told early in the morning that she would have a procedure and she couldn't eat. I arrived at the hospital at 10am and she still hadn't eaten. I asked her nurse how long it would be before she could eat. Her doctor cleared her to eat at 1130am. At 12pm her nurse asked if they had bought her something to eat. I told her no. She said if they hadn't bought her food by 12:10pm call her. I called her and she said that they were bringing her the food. At 12:30pm I went to the cafeteria and bought her something to eat. When I returned to her room to feed her another

This is not my first bad experience in the emergency room at his hospital. I was sent there with a letter from Urgent care due to my BP being high and complaints of chest pain. When they checked My BP was 214/111; I was given an EKG and sent to the waiting room. The nurse told me once a bed was available; they would take me back. After waiting 3 hours and watching couple of people who came in after me be taken to the back, I returned to the front desk to ask how many people were ahead of me, and I Was told 7. I will never go to this hospital again in my life. I could go on and on about the lack

I did my whole surrogacy pregnancy at Seton and I loved every minute/day of it. Every person I ever exchanged words with was so nice and polite. My doctor was Dr. Phoebe Griffin and I loved her!! She answered every question comment and or concern I had and made me feel great. The main nurse who I saw when I went in her office was Mrs. Tammy and I enjoyed her also. Delivery was the Best! The nurses were so caring and heard everything I had to say. I never ever felt like I was a burden on them or their job. They all went above and beyond. 10 out of 10 I would go to Seton again!!

I came to the Seton Medical Center ED on 09/15 and was swiftly taken care of. I was super sick and felt terrible. All of the nurses, dr’s, techs, and case managers that I met were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very quick to help me and get me feeling better. Once I got a room, I still felt like I had been taken care of. Thank you to all of the Seton Medical Center staff for a quick recovery!!!!

Unfortunately I went through emergency and after a battery of tests and them taking a lot of my blood I was diagnosed with a blocked artery. Yes, they kept me and installed a stent the next day. Although it was labor day weekend and they were quite busy, they attended to my needs with great care and kept me informed. I can't say enough about the staff. I am doing great and am very grateful for their professionalism.
