Set To Show has been in the Twin Cities transforming homes from empty and cold to adored and sold for a decade! While there are other home staging companies out there, none of them do it quite like we do. We strive to keep up with the trends, designing homes that appeal to the kind of buyer you want, and ultimately helping you sell your house faster and for more money!
Janet's background and education is in the sciences, which she put to use working in a variety of marketing and advertising jobs with a variety of clients. Janet's husband started Set To Show in 2006, and with Janet's business experience it seemed like a natural step to take over the business.

My two siblings and I were getting our father's house ready for sale after he passed away and our realtor had referred us to Janet. The house was a mess when she originally came by but she wasn't phased at all and understood we were doing many repairs to get it in shape for sale. I have to say that Janet was absolutely wonderful to work with given our situation. She had to deal with three siblings who didn't always agree on how things should be handled. She was extremely patient while we finally got on the same page. I was truly amazed at how fantastic the house looked after

The team at Set to Show did an outstanding job for us at Global Pointe Senior Living. They completely embraced the tone and style of the apartment building while creating unique spaces within two different units. And they understand our target audience which is critical in senior living. I would recommend them based on both talent and cost (very reasonably priced, comparatively).

Janet Lawrence meet us at our home and after listening to our concerns toured our home to see its features and lighting.
Janet then hand picked out the furnishings, artwork and accessories while working with an interior designer. The rooms were beautifully arranged and decorated which promoted the clean and modern floor plan our home offered. Each staged room was color coordinated with accessories that highlighted the wall colors and flooring.
From our entrance to our family room every photograph transformed our home to a show home.
Janet was available with advice every step of the process
