Laura at Five Star Staging did a phenomenal job of staging my empty house prior to listing it for sale. Laura did an amazing job staging our condo in East Isles for sale. Her furniture and accessory selections were beautiful and perfect for the space, enhancing the positive features in our home. Laura listened to what we felt would go well in our space and then took it several steps further, making it more beautiful than we had hoped for. We used Laura at Five Star Stagings earlier this year for our home sale in Chanhassen. Laura was great and made our home look fabulous for pictures and showings. In two days on the market we had 1 day and a half of constant showings, 7 offers, and we accepted at an 8% premium to our listing price. If you are considering staging your home, you have to call Five Star Stagings.

We met with Five Star Stagings as soon as we decided to sell the house and they gave us recommendations on updates and paint color that would give us the greatest return and would appeal to buyers. Once we had completed the work, Five Star Stagings staged the house and it looked amazing. We received lots of positive feedback and the house sold quickly. The consultation and staging were so worth it and Five Star Stagings was a pleasure to work with.
