I want to add the caveat that this happened during Thanksgiving weekend, so a grain of salt is due. I booked a cab the night before so I could be sure a swift, easy to trip to the airport. I was concerned that, given the early hour and holiday weekend, a ride share wouldn't be as reliable as a licensed cab.
The 6 AM cab was booked, I received a confirmation number, and I went to bed. The next morning, however, things took a turn.
At 6 AM, with no cab in sight, I called the support number. The automated voice read my address (somewhat incorrectly) and then hung up after asking if I wanted

My fiancé and I called a cab last night to take us ~4 miles home. We decided to use a taxi company since our phones were dying and we thought the Uber and Lyft apps would have killed them completely before we got picked up. Our confirmation said it would be 22 minutes before we were picked up, and we were quoted $10-12 for our fare. After waiting an hour, I called dispatch and was told the driver was dropping someone off and would be at our location in under 10 minutes. We waited and waited. Another 30 minutes went by, so I called dispatch again, and was told that no drivers were anywhere near

I called for a cab for a 70 year old woman with dementia to go to her new home in a senior community. The sullen driver picked her up and took her to her destination. Then he robbed her demanding all her cash. She was so scare and gave him $25.00 and her credit card. He gave her no receipt! She called Yellow Cab who stone walled her and refused to give his name for the police! She was robbed!! Do not use Yellow Cab! Run! Run fast! Run far away!!

She doesnt deserve 1 star but they have yet to put a negative star on here....This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with yellow cab....Cab Y543 a asian female picked me up from my job minded you 45 mins after I scheduled a trip first off. Then I get 20 mins away from work and she yells pay me $20 for me to keep going or im dropping you off at a gas station. Im like woman what do you think Im going to jump out a moving vehicle shes like yes. I call the dispatcher and she explains to this BAD cab driver that you cant pick a customer up and then say u have a deposit and if they dont

Absolute horrible service Erratic driving. Incredibly rude driver. There was no customer service it was an absolute joke I wish I could words better, but I can only only word. I called a cab for a hotel guest for a timed pickup and after the dispatcher hung up on me twice I finally got through to be told that they couldn't confirm wether the cab came or not and to call the police if I don't see her. Um...Seriously? I just asked if you dispatched the cab. I want to make sure that my guest arrived to her destination in time because I got hung up on twice while trying to confirm it's departure. I'm just doing my job. The dispatcher was so unpleasant that I hung up so her nasty attitude wouldn't rub off one me. I will NEVER EVER EVER send business

My fiance and I called Yellow Cab for a ride home from Wal-Mart. After an hour of no one coming for us, I called them back and was told no one wanted to take our ride because we weren't worth the 10.00 fare to come all that way. We ended up having to walk home at 10pm along a rural highway for about 2 miles with all of our purchases. Do not recommend and will never use again.

To make sure we were safe last night, we arranged for a ride to our NYE location and called a cab to take us home. Knowing they were going to be busy, we called way before midnight. If they showed up early we didn't care. After a few hours some friends of ours finally gave us a ride home. Woke up this morning and still no call from the cab company. This isn't the first time either, so it's not just because it was NYE.

I used your cab service to take my clients out for dinner. My credit card was declined. I was very embarrassed . I paid the driver cash. I did not use that card for the rest of the night (Sunday). It has been busy at work. Today, I called the credit card company. My credit is fine. My credit card was charged to using Yellow Cab that night. Now, I must wait weeks to dispute this charge. What crooks Yellow Cab! I paid $18.50 TWICE for ONE trip.The cab driver could "run" my card, but did could NOT provide a receipt for using cash. SCAM.

Yellow Cab started out so well but quickly went down hill. The initial "booking" process was smooth and prompt, but the cab driver who was dispatched to our location was a clueless trainee who kept blaming her "broken" GPS instead of her serious inability to read signs and follow directions. If it weren't for smart phones and riding with a former resident, I never would have made it to the airport on time.

I have to say I'm ashamed of the service that Yellow Cab Co. offers.
I personally walked a handicapped individual to the waiting cab (driver was on the phone.. not a single move was made by the driver to help get the door open for the gentleman). In fact the door was even locked when we tried to open it. He did not greet him and said nothing. To bad for my friend that has to rely on this guy to get him to his destination. (Cab Y741 if interested)!
