My granddaughter is currently attending Dance Works and following in the 'footsteps' of her 2 aunts, who are my grown daughters. Dance Works has everything dancers of any age would want. We have been with Dance Works for a few years now, and after just having a recital, I felt compelled to share my love for this studio and Lori. I have 2 girls going here and the environment has always been very enriching focusing on hard work and sticking to the basics of proper attire and classroom etiquette. This studio has such a welcoming vibe- all are welcome to share their love of dance, or just try it out. There is such great comradery among the students- they encourage each other and help each other. (It's not like Dance Moms!) Lori offers a great variety of classes at all levels including

Have been a fan of this studio for many years. The owner has the highest integrity, compassion and dedication to the students and staff. Listens and cares about each and every one as an individual. Places them where appropriate for them to learn and excel. Will work tiredlessly with each and every student if that's what it takes for them to reach their potential. Great teachers and environment for learning. Has many functions and activities for the students to participate in. My daughter takes ballet 1 class with Ms. Elise and she loves it. It's only been 2 months she started and she never misses her class. Lori is great, always full of energy and love. The classes are an hour long and I get to observe through the tv screen on the first floor. They do get quite worked up. I am definitely going to stick to this studio!:)

Excellent dance studio. Small and intimate but top notch. My daughter is in the preschool class and just finished her first recital. I was very impressed with the show. Miss Megan (owner and dance instructor) is wonderful. My daughter can be the the shy side and Miss Megan always helps by taking her hand and walking her into the class and making her feel comfortable. As long as my daughter continues to love dance she will be taking her classes at dance works.

Dance Works is the cutest little dance studio in Lake Forest.
Located in a tiny business district off a busy street, this location is made up of 2 large rooms lined with mirrors and barres lining each wall and a small lobby/waiting area. Viewing windows are allocated where possible so you can see your little princesses leap and bound across the floor with the boundless energy you wish you still had.
They offer many courses in tap, ballet, hip hop & many other dance styles for ages ranging from 3-17. The little girl I nanny is 5 and she is in a tap/ballet combo class taught by the ever-patient
