Established in 2004. We first went in to the technology business in 2004 when the laptops were an luxury item the size of a suitcase. Since then a lot have changed and we have evolved into repairing all the new gadgets you can buy! We do everything to make our customers the number one priority. We specialize in mobile phone, tablet and computer repair services.
SmartFix was founded in 2010 in Brooklyn, New York, by John Doe. John had worked in the consumer electronics industry in the past, and realized that although the need for a reputable, dedicated small electronics repair business was present, no company had stepped forward to take on that role in his area.
We repair all smartphones available in the market including Apple, HTC, Samsung, Motorola, Blackberry, Nokia and Huawei smartphones. On an Android, you'll want to go to the camera app, and select settings in there to scroll down and find the "grid lines" options to turn it on. Camera grid lines are usually built on the law of thirds, with two lines horizontal and two vertical across the screen.

Absolutely effortless experience! Came in with a broken and unresponsive iPhone desperate to retrieve my highly sentimental family photos. I wanted to leave a review for my expirience at MY TECHWORLD and when I saw this review I couldn't believe it. People are so rude now, they do not care anymore. Let me tell you, I was waiting for him to get back from his lunch as well. I was waiting from 2:40p.m and when he came back it was around 4:20p.m. A tow truck dropped him off and when he opened the front door I saw his hands were in motor oil.He apologize and run to wash his hands. I am so happy I found Pascal at My Tech World. I spilled coffee on my laptop took it to apple immediately and basically was told the minimum I would pay is $1,000 and it would have to be shipped, opened and analyzed. Pascal took it in and opened it within hours, cleaned it out, sent me images of the damages, clearly communicated what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and I got it back within in a day (lucky I didn't ruin all the parts). I dropped my fancy iPad Pro and shattered the screen. Not good times. I called everywhere and they quoted around $560 in average for the repair... I called these guys... They charged me half of what others estimated the repairing cost. They fixed my iPad in two days. For some reason the screen looks even brighter and nicer than before... They are extremely extremely nice and understanding. Oh, also they require to wear a mask to enter the store, which is a plus!

I went here when my iPhone screen stopped being responsive to any type of touch. I had dropped my iPhone way too many times and I could no longer use it. I went in at 11am on a weekday and picked it up at 12pm, the same day. The guy who helped me was pleasant and informative. He even gave me a really good deal on the replacement screen.

Tried to change the battery on my 2017 MacBook Pro and the battery exploded in flames. Brought it here and got the whole top case replaced in 24 hours for a fair price $360 and no diagnostic fees that occur at Mac certified centers (who charge $100 to diagnose/examine) plus $700+ for the top case. Paskal is a tech gangster. I stopped by the store to get an old MacBook Pro fixed. The laptop was not turning on. I recalled years ago asking the apple store to fix and the only option was to ship my computer away for a minimum of two weeks and at a high cost. Paskal repaired my computer under 24 hours at a great price. The issue dealt with the motherboard and battery. He was able to repair the motherboard so I didn't have to purchase a new one. He also had the battery in stock for replacement. Amazing experience. Will def come back for any future tech issues.

Needed repair of a cracked iPad screen. After calling and/or visiting 5 other places, I found My Tech World. So glad I did!!! I stripped battery mounting screws for my laptop and needed assistance in removing them so I could replace the battery. I messaged Paskal via Yelp after hours on the weekend and he promptly responded to try again during normal business hours. I dropped off my laptop on a Thursday and he called Friday saying it was done. He didn't even charge me for his time. Good guy and business overall. Grateful! My 11" MacBook Air that I bought in 2015 was fixed for a reasonable price and reasonable time frame. I've heard horror stories about the prices and amount of time it takes for Apple to repair and I just did not feel comfortable shipping my laptop due to COVID protocol. My laptop wouldn't turn on and he diagnosed it within 48 hours. It needed a new motherboard because I never cleaned my laptop. It took awhile (2 weeks) to have it shipped but this was due to postal delays outside of his control. Anytime your mac book doesn't work, and you've tried all the YouTube

I got my S8 screen/digitizer replaced here! The owner responded on yelp super quickly regarding a quote and other questions I had. Service was super nice and I love how they are open until 7PM (aka you can make it after work). So far my screen is working great and they also have a 1 month warranty just in case something stops working again.
Its located in a strip mall and there is plenty of parking! I would recommend if you need help with your phone!
