My old battered iPhone 6 Plus was in desperate need of help when I came across IPHONE REPAIR & UNLOCK CENTER on Google. They were highly rated so I thought I give them a try. My phone was dead and needed a new battery. JP took care of everything requested of him, he also fixed my cracked screen for a very good price. JP was cordial and his work is excellent. Really professional and quick customer service. JP in the front desk was able to fix my IPhone XS in 30 minutes when other providers were charging more for hour work. This shop is a miracle maker. When I broke my IPhone XS I thought my x-mas vacation would be doomed but JP at LA I repair&unlock hooked me up when others were overcharged and time consuming. I dropped my computer off here a month ago and returned yesterday to find that my computer wasn't even fixed and no part was ordered. I called multiple times within the month and the workers kept telling me the piece was ordered and they're waiting for it. Yesterday when I called some kid picked up and said he friend everyone but my computer was finally ready. I go to pick it up and it's still broke and untouched. So unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Absolutely horrible experience, I went in to fix my screen just for them to mess up my iPhone up, they messed up my camera, battery and my Home Screen button and they still charged me. I went in when a perfectly working phone and came home with a nonfunctional iPhone that I loved. Don’t go here, save your money.

This is the place to be, makes your phone looks like new in less than 20 mins. If you need to get your devices repaired come this place. I came to this place unlock my MacBook Pro and I felt like I was doomed bec I was locked out of my expensive laptop…but JP and associates were quick to jump on it and work on it with diligence and they wallah they were able to do it. I am forever grateful to them for saving my laptop as I was getting very nervous with no help. I must say this again these guys are like miracle workers and this is the place to be, words are not enough.

All the guys there are super helpful! My phone cracked and I was able to get it fixed that day! After getting my phone fixed, I had to go back because I noticed a slight issue and they fixed it right away! Was able to explain what happened and I appreciated that! Don't go there, they are so incompetent and unprofessional. Took them forever to unlock the phone. First they said it will take 30-45 min, then they didn't know how long it's gonna take because it was rebooting from iTunes. Came back the next day and instead of to be open at 9:30 as it said for their business they showed up at 11:30!!! Total waist of time and money.

Recently broke my phone screen and was looking for a place to fix it ASAP and for a good price. I was sending out quotes to several locations, but this location gave me the best deal and was super friendly when chatting with them. Really appreciate the service and all the help. Never have a had an experience that was so unpleasant, Javed Patel is the Manager of LA IPHONE REPAIR & UNLOCK CENTER and should learn the importance of customer service. I took in an Ipad that needed a new screen and left without a receipt, was unable to return right away due to having to leave town. I realize that it was left longer than 30 days. I called to ask if he still had it and I received the longest lecture of the length of time that had passed, why did it take me so long to come and retrieve it etc....etc... when I was allowed to finally speak I was interrupted continually. JP is a magician! Somehow, he got my iPhone working again after it took a dive AND sunk to the bottom of the Aegean Sea years ago. I was astonished!
