I don't recommend anyone to go there.
I should have read all the bad reviews here. Those are so true. Not like a phone quote, the owner asked more dollars. I was like.. okay, it is just $20. After the technician finished the work, I found the windshield was attached covering the rubber strip as you can see in the photo. Due to this unprofessional job, it makes a wind noise when I am driving. It gets a lot louder on the highway. When I revisited there to ask them to fix it, the owner said he can't do anything because the technician said it is "okay". I also don't understand how the technician said

Terrible service. The manager was very rude and the replacement windshield didn't last a month. I went back to the office to complain to the manager about the crack on my windshield which was not my fault. The manager was very rude and walked away while i was still explaining the situation to him. Horrible customer service.

Went to Allstate Auto Glass for a windshield replacement and back window repair. I assume it’s a family-owned business. Great service; fast, reliable and trustworthy staff. The owner is a “man of his word” as described. I needed the repairs just weeks apart and the staff was helpful/communicative very step of the way. Thanks to April and Vali for great customer service- Highly recommend Allstate Auto!

I received a call from this shop offering a price then I founda better offer somewhere else. Allstate manager called me offering a better price, aparently agood deal. They wrote in the invioice a Green Tint rain sensor, but I got a regular glass with no tint, it doesn’t seen to have rain sensor. Send several messages and there was bo answe. Call and the same manager asked me to pay more. I should had been told what kind of glass would be install in the car and for me ro take the decision. Abusive, irresponsible lack of preffesionalism. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The windshield replacement you can get anywhere but the customer service and taking responsibility is another. It is criminal how they treat and respond to their customer. This shop has damaged our navigation screen during the replacement of our windshield and will not take responsibility. I have called and messaged the shop manager and did not respond at all over 3 days. When I visited the shop, the shop manager told me to hire a lawyer. Enough said about this business. I was very happy to have found Allstate Auto Glass. They are within walking distance from my home. I dropped my car off at 9am and it was done by 12pm. They were also $110 cheaper than Safelite. I'm so thankful to the owner and the staff. They did a great job!!! I would definitely recommend and I will come back when I need their services again. Thank you!!! 👍👍
