I wish I could leave zero stars. Something that should’ve been a simple windshield replacement has now caused me a major headache for two months.
I had a cracked windshield in December and instead of using Safelite like I should’ve I called Seminole Toyota for glass replacement on a 2021 Tacoma. They had Rick call me who handles their glass replacement. I told him I wanted OEM glass and he claimed there were none available (first lie) but he said his aftermarket glass was equally good (lie) and he could have it installed the next day. His installer came to my home and had an attitude the entire

Shocking service! In the post Covid world, its normal to have a company thank me for my patience while they try to provide a service with all the labor and supply problems they are dealing with. So when I needed what amounts to a nuisance repair of my windshield caulking which was causing a loud whistle at highway speeds, I was prepared to have issues even finding someone to look at it. My car had a chip in the corner of the laminated drivers side window. Rick used his windshield chip repair "gel" and it has filled and closed up almost all of the chip and since then it has not been growing.

Can not recommend Rick and his team enough. First- Rick is very professional and helpful. I appreciate the clear communication. Jeff was my installer for my windshield- also top notch! Came right on time and completed my replacement in an hour. Rick also assisted on my getting a cover that I needed for my rear view mirror when we discovered it was missing. Most people would not have gone above and beyond!

I needed a replacement windshield on a Genesis G80 and didn't want to use the standard Safelite service. I contacted Rick who was very assertive in working with me to get the job completed as soon as possible. It took a few weeks for the replacement windshield to arrive but shortly after it did I was contacted and Jeff was set up to come out and perform the replacement. Jeff is a wonderful guy, he did a fantastic job on the replacement windshield and it looks better than the factory job. He even fixed some wobble with the rear view mirror which was present before. A small rock flew up while I was driving on the interstate and cracked my windshield. I called around for estimates for windshield replacement and Rick gave me the best price. He was very professional and personable. Jeff came to my house and got the job done in about an hour. He was very efficient and my windshield looks great! Both Rick and Jeff were very professional and friendly. Thanks for great service!! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

We called around a few places for quotes and they were by far the most fair. Called them on Friday and Saturday morning the tech showed up and had the glass swapped in about an hour. Excellent service, install looks great and glass appears to be quality. I'll have to see how it holds up but I don't foresee any issues.
