Dane was great throughout the whole process. Even when we initially went with a different lender, he said they had great incentives and was not disappointed we went with them. When things fell through with the other lender, Dane and his team picked up right where we left off and helped us close in a very timely manner. Putting together all of the documents for the underwriters always seems like a chore, but Dane’s patience and constant availability, to walk me through the process, was very helpful.
