We have a high capacity coating system, including a 750' conveyor and a 1.100 sq/ft oven and 2 paint booths to provide you with quality service at a reasonable price and quick turnaround. Powder coating is an advanced method of applying an ornamental and protective finish to virtually any type of metal. The powder used in the process is an mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is electrostatically sprayed onto the surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until the powder is heated and fused into a smooth coating in the curing oven.
Bright nickel - Bright yellowish in appearance, is applied to a piece of metal, polished or not. Electroplating is the term used for the operation of depositing a layer of metal on a substrate, using an external power supply to provide electrical current (electrons) that passes through a solution containing metal ions.
Sandblasting, sometimes referred to as media blasting, is the process by which an abrasive media is directed at a surface to clean or improve the surface. The result of blasting is to modify the surface texture, or profile, of the metal being blasted. Speed of the blasting media as it strikes the surface.

The communication and customer support so far has been fantastic. Dropped off two rock sliders for powder coat and sand blast and the pricing was quite reasonable. Will review quality of work after pickup.
Update: sliders have been installed on my vehicle. They were extremely quick to finish them (~2 days) and the work was pretty solid at a very reasonable price.

Wanted to get old grubby radiator covers that had been painted over multiple times to be sandblasted and repainted. Had multiple pieces that varied in size. Ailton and co were responsive, friendly and did a fantastic job that the covers looked brand new. Now they will be easier for us to clean. Great value and easy working with Ace Powder Coating. Highly recommend.

Do not bring engine components here. They do not know that you're not supposed to coat the interior of cases. Had to bring my engine cases elsewhere to be chemically stripped and re-coated. They also lost one of my parts and won't respond to my communications.
Basic materials are probably fine to get done here. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Ace saved us tons of money and provided great service. Their knowledge of media blasting saved me a lot of money. Ace accommodated over 700 items in their facility in such a short time after my initial provider failed to deliver and canceled order ( no names mentioned) but Ace saved me and actually saved me money. I can't recommend them enough. Now my only chrome plated in northern New jersey,. I again can't recommend them enough for your powder coating and plating needs. They are best.

I highly would recommend Ace Powder Coating. I looked around at multiple metal finishers and powder coating shops and decided to take my Railings and displays to Ace Powder Coating, and i have absolutely no complaints what so ever. It looks amazing. And i got my peaces in great time too! The customer service was professional as well as the rate. All in all, Ace Powder Coating is a facility to get your parts powdered just the way you want.
