Looking for a new finish for your wheels, or just doing some custom work to your car, truck, or bike? Powder coating is an Electro Static Coating (ESD) used for primarily metal, using polymer resin based powder that comes in virtually infinite colors, textures, and finishes. Unlike paint, which uses a liquid medium for application, powder coating begins as a powder and gains its unique finish through the curing process.
Sandblasting, sometimes referred to as media blasting, is the process of shooting an abrasive material against a surface to make it smooth. In our case, we blast and prep everything before it gets powder coated. Whether it is wheels, bike frames, or any other metal part, sandblasting is a great way to restore old parts that need some refurbishing.

Rocco is such a down to Earth guy who clearly knows how to run a great shop. I called his shop on a Saturday and he made time for me to come down the same day and meet with him about my project. I had an off-road bumper for my first generation Toyota Tundra powder coated and could not be more pleased. It was a two piece bumper that needed to be taken apart and powder coated separately. Rocco showed me color samples and was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Surely very nice & welcoming. However a bit disappointed by the results of the black powder coating on my F150 bumper. There is a clear brown stained patch in the middle of it, which doesn’t look nice at all. Probably the coating was not done properly or sprayed evenly. Disappointing also, as I contacted them to tell them the issue, but never got any feedback.

Place is a joke! promised would be done in 2 weeks. Ended up being 6 weeks. Gave excuses of "bad batches of clear coat" never sandblasted any products after being exclusively asked if they need me to prep items before bringing them and now all clear coat is separating from the base coats. Half the parts were wrong color at 6 weeks pickup or half done. Nothing but excuses and a terrible experience. cheap prices for cheap work!

Ive had 2 sets of wheels and multiple engine bay parts coated by Chris and Rocco. Great experience with coating my wheels and engine bay parts. Super professional and kept me updated whenever i asked for a time frame. Everything came out really nicely and looked amazing and i especially loved that they had a warranty for the coatings. Put my mind at ease. Rocco and Chris were super helpful in helping me to make a decision with coatings and colors. Plan on coming back really soon to have a few more parts coated. Intuitive Powder Coating is always my first choice for customizing projects

Been dealing with both Chris and Rocco for years now and I've never received anything but top quality work and service. They give reasonable and realistic completion times and have ALWAYS put their customers first. They've stayed late beyond their operating hours multiple times to get jobs done for me in a pinch with superior quality work to anyone I've used in the past. I wouldn't trust any of my work with anyone else!

These guys do great work and know how to hustle. I brought in rusty as all hell 1941 Cadillac wheels and they were able to sandblast them clean up the pitting and powder coat them. They came out awesome!
I have many other projects I want to do and after stopping by here and seeing other customers projects, steel and aluminum valve covers, turbo charger housings, a vintage food mixer, all sorts of wheels ranging from steel VW Beetle wheels to SRT 8 Jeep wheels. They offer all different colors and coatings from solid colors to translucent pearl colors.
