A: The Bow Thruster gets power from its own battery located near the thruster unit itself, what most people don't know is, the Bow Thruster battery only receives a charge when the boats battery charging system is being used so the boat needs to be plugged into smore power or if the boat is equipped, the generator can be run with the main breakers switched to generator.

Parts department is terrible. I dealt with Jamie and he was board line rude. Waited on hold forever, finally left a voicemail and did not get a return call. Called again, again, on hold forever. I finally ordered some parts and they said they had to call me back...never got a call shocker. Take your business elsewhere. .

Just got back to PA from picking up my boat at Bosun's Marine. What a class operation that I experience there. No haggling sales, Informative service department and attention to detail made my boat purchase a A+ experience.
